In the event of a malfunction or system failure, production downtimes and high costs occur very quickly. Fast service is therefore essential. This is exactly where CONiQ® Assist comes in. Fast remote support with Augmented Reality features in real-time allows a fast reaction time. But even without the real-time support of one of our experts, the stored workflows guide the user step-by-step intuitively through the programme. A service report will be generated automatically after completed work. In addition to the CONiQ® Assist application for mobile devices, wearables, and computers, Schenck Process provides hosted infrastructure services, specialized collaboration devices, and enhanced management capabilities. Using the CONiQ® Assist Platform Manager tool, an enterprise can enforce security and privacy settings, set network/bandwidth controls, analyze usage, and manage user license policies. This application includes VoIP audio. Some mobile network operators may prohibit or restrict the use of VoIP functionality over their network and may also impose additional fees or charges in connection with VoIP.
