Ease of activate after switching to new phone

Hi Developers, hope you had a good sleep. Please make your app work after phone switch. Here is the problem.You can’t login with 2 sims, you can’t login if no mobile data on your registered sim. Can’t login via Wi-Fi. What the heck, don’t tell me it’s security reason. This is stupidity and bad user experience

Mostly Really Good

This app does most things pretty well. I find it easier to use than their website. The bill payments could be better integrated. Two of the three that I need to make payments don’t work. I don’t know if it’s a flaw in the design or if I’m supposed to register (if I am, there should be a message telling me). Otherwise, I’ve been a big fan of this app, and its improving updates, for several years.

Balance not update

After transfer, the transactions appear in the statement but balance does not update even after refresh. Need to close and open app. Also, popup ads when opening the app is very hard to close due to the x button is very small, and it is very annoying. This is banking app, not shopping app.

Not EASY at all

Please take customer’s complaint seriously!

This bank is making my life harder than it should be. It is the only bank application that cannot be transferred to the new phone when you are abroad no matter what you do!! Other banks have already had ways out for this problem and made it safe. But, you guys have this problem for over a year and still can’t or won’t fix it. Maybe learn this from other banks! And, don’t ask the customers to use their old phone because it could be broken and that’s why we need a new phone. Just make it work already! It’s good when it works. But, there is a plenty of room for improvement!

Useless

I can’t even register. It keeps saying “connection time out”. What kind of useless design is this? Please make some improvements. In this day and age I would expect better from a major bank. It’s extremely frustrating.

Good but can be improved

Hi SCB Easy developers I really hope you guys add the balance of an account under each transaction. For example, if I received an transfer of 10,000 baht last month, it would be great if I could see what my total was after that specific transfer. Now I can only see the current balance.

They asked for all of my personal information and got everything But when I tried to purchase anything they said add more money without advice how to do itWhat is wrong about the credit card number and account number you already haveClick back and the app has so many features that trying to sell you something you don’t need It keeps asking me to give them all information
