Utter Crap
If you're looking for a way to book a stay at a Rotana hotel, but also want to relive the year 2008,then look no further. Barack Obama became president, you can't book a room, Jamba Juice is a thing, the iPhone is a couple years old and can now record videos , & you're wondering why your staying at an awful hotel chain like Rotana. Who needs an updated functioning app, take me back to the days when Netflix was still 8$.
Buggy version
This version closes abruptly when I attempt to perform searches. It used to work but now it’s broken. iPhone Xs
Brilliant Achievement
Amazing App, I really liked the automatic listing of the nearby hotels and restaurants based on my current location... it even helped me to know better the restaurants names based on a specific cuisine... Very good job... Bashar Saba

Please DONT force updates
Yes we get it that updated apps are better but sometimes I want to access the app right now and don’t have the WiFi to update. Make it like a notification but don’t make it compulsory. 4 starts as a starting point. -1 star for forcing updates. To be revisited soon. Thanks
App Crashing After Update
Since the latest update, the app crashes immediately when you try to open it. It’s useless.

Bug
The new update didn’t let me complete my reservation. It logged me out when i submit my reservation in final phase. I cannot complete reservation.

Unable to access any Guest Request. As soon as any option is selected, the app exits. Using IPhone 12 Pro Max and IOS 14.8.
