Technical glitch

I had been over a month trying to place an order through the app, but it is not working! I never faced this issue before but I had issues with the app itself it doesn’t work properly!

Very bad customer service and return policy

Their customer service is very bad, late reply with no intent to solve issue. On top of that probably the worse return policy I’ve found on any fashion website/app I’ve tried. They reimburse value without tax, on top of extra cherges for you as customer. So read carefully their policy before you order.

Bad customer service

I won’t repeat the mistake of buying online from RIVA. I asked for a return from more than 10 days. No one came to pick up the order. I called RIVA twice and sent an email without any real service. Today I called without any answer. Extremely disappointed. Will never buy again.

I bought clothes when I try to change didn’t help me to do it . I go back to home without change . They have so bad services in the stores and hard payments by online , I can’t buy any things with many credit cards the need but checkout doesn’t work , I don’t know way . Customer service

Their customer service is probably the worst ive ever dealt with. No body answer phone calls, their email inbox is full and doesn’t accept anything, and they take forever to answer their live chat. I was willing to exchange what I ordered but after what I encountered im returning everything and deleting the app. I have complained to customer service about my experience they didn’t even show any interest nor apologizes about anything. Do not recommend!!

Worst online app

Worst app I used until now!! For help they said email us, and you will get is auto-replies and more than 8 days of useless communication and the mistake they have done is not solved yet. I got wrong order and they didn’t return it nor send me the right item! Diffidently not gana use the app for ordering again

Immature App

This is the first time I use the app because I would usually go to the actual store, but with the current situation online shopping has become the most convenient way. Unfortunately this app or the people who are running it aren’t at the top of their game! First of all it took them few days to notify me that there was a problem with the payment. Which was actually at their end! For some reason they didn’t withdraw the payment! Since I’ve placed the order here I placed another 2 orders from a different app on different dates and I have received both already. But I’m still waiting for my tracking number! Who ever is in charge of replying via WhatsApp said that the app is not yet updated! I hope you figure out what needs to be done to improve your services.
