They are scammers

I would have given them below zero if it was possible they are just a scammers nothing more than it i order some stuff from them they sent me wrong items and and i called them and emailed them again and again but they didn’t took it seriously every time they would say in 2-3 days we will initiate a refund and a person will collect items from you for more than a month they kept saying this and then one day i called again and they say we will not change or refund your items because shades are similar btw I ordered foundation in beige color and they sent me in honey thats their similar color 😕 worst experience ever….. never

6th Street offers a wide and diverse collection of options at you disposal in addition to the amazing occasional sales. However, recently after the latest app update I keep receiving this: “Error: Something went wrong at our end” (when I open the app and when I try to log in). Fixing this issue asap would be much appreciated in order to continue our shopping experience. Good day ;)

Canceled orders

I really liked this app at first because they had everything but when I ordered multiple things at once, they dont arrive at the same time. I have to wait for multiple packages to be received which is not very convenient tbh. Also, the worst part is that one of my orders got canceled twice now! Even though I waited for so long but at the end, it got canceled. I don’t understand why would u put the item in the app if its out of stock? I don’t think I’ll be ordering again from this app.

Needs extra features

I love the concept of this app, but it needs better filters to be an efficient shopping experience. For instance, if I want to shop for flats (all brands) that are leather and size 38, there’s no way to do it currently. Instead, there are a bunch of filters for the brands’ various collections, which don’t mean anything to a shopper when you’re just trying to find one specific product. I hope they will continue to tweak and update so it’s as user-friendly as Zappos or 6pm!

Bad Site& App

Ok so they might have nice stuff but the App must be the worst ever. I shops on line a lot and placing an order on this site is extremely annoying. The reason is it lets me choose the stuff then place the order and put all my credit card information then I get this stupid message oops there is not enough quantity in one of the stuff you’re ordering so I go back to the cart to check then I remove the item and do the whole thing again then I get the same error about a different item.It is unbelievable how frustrating this is. It really is a bad experience they have a certain brand that I did not find anywhere else but other than that I really doubt I would ever place an order with them again. I mean why can’t they spend some money to have a better system, all other shopping sites/Apps I use would not let you add an item that is out of stock to your cart and the quantity available is updated 90% of the time.

Poor

This is by far the worst app I’ve ever shopped from. Even though I have made several purchases and I love the brands and the prices, you cannot find what you’re looking for easily, always need time to load the cart, you buy item that are out of stock and then have to be Refunded for them, picture of some products change when you put them in cart, some prices change when in cart and more problems. Hope all to be fixed soon. Meanwhile I’ll continue to shop but with very bas experience...

They are not serious at all!!!

I had some orders (Qatar) from them which were ok but more which weren’t 1. I ordered from wakiki one dress, they sent it with the magnetic tag on it, I had to return it and took one week for a driver to come and pick it up, refund took 2 weeks2. I ordered some items at discounted prices from Polo and after few days they called me to say that it was a mistake and the prices were not those ones and that they will cancel my order and refund the money, again it took about 2 weeks for the refund3. I ordered a perfume which it never arrived, in the app was showing in process even after 2 weeks, I had to cancel and again send them 3 emails to process the refundI don’t understand:why you take the money if you cannot commit on delivering the products???

Great place to shop

I usually do shopping online. It’s hassle free. Gone through the app and u could get whole lot of varieties u can think of. From shoes, clothes, bags, handbags, makeup items. Almost everything u can get in a shopping mall and all branded too. Easy to exchange to any of their outlet. Delivery was fast and reliable. Comes with different offer as well.

Is this a genuine app or what??

Something is definitely wrong with the info given in your app which makes me wonder if this app is genuine. Phone number provided fails to connect at all times, live chat is so useless as whenever you would select to speak to an agent it will directly give you the message of ( temporarily unavailable) and of course no replies are received for sent emails. This is my first time to order through this app and it is taking too long and am unable to track it as I cannot reach anyone neither I can cancel and get refunded!!!! Appreciate some explanation on this app and order!

Awful experience

I ordered a pair of shoes for my son in August, they said it’s on the way after two weeks of waiting I called them they said we received the order is still in store and the delivery process didn’t even start! Two weeks later nothing came so I called again to find out that it’s not available anymore and they gave me the option to either wait for it or cancel the order and get a refund, so I chose to cancel of course. They said the refund should be within 14 working days and they would send me a mail notifying me the money is back and so far w got nothing! From August till now (November) l received neither a product nor my money! It’s just a waste of time, energy and money! No follow up with the orders!Terrible experience!Will never advise anyone to try it!
