LOVE THIS GAME 🩷🩷

I cant explain how much i love this game! I love all the characters, the building, the graphics! Everything is just so amazing! I’ve been playing this game this past month, and I haven’t had any trouble….but with the money. I would be offline for a while, but when I come back to collect my money…there is nothing to receive. I’m not sure if this is some sort of glitch in the game or something with my phone. But this has happened a few times. I hope that this can be resolve. I also noticed that the House Villas only contain 3 characters. The nanny, the model and the book worm. I really hopes to unlock more new characters like the couple apartments! But of course i was disappointed. I expected for it to be a big family. Apart from the characters, the skin diversity is okay. I like how characters were added different ranges of shade! But, only a couple and the rest are white skinned. I would like the shade diversity to be WIDER! Apart from all that, I truly love this game. It’s very relaxing and fun to play! I would like for a solution to be found to these problems. But I know that most won’t be solved or solved at all. I really hope for new updates! I would be tuned! Thank you! 🩷

Lovely cute game

I just recently downloaded this app a few days ago and I am loving it so far. I like that it’s not too addicting to the point where I’m constantly playing it 24/7, rather I am just playing it before bed every night. I do have a few questions tho.I am always checking the ratings to make sure that I get the most out of the rent, and I keep seeing reviews that say “I feel like someone is watching me when I shower,” or something like that. What is that supposed to mean? It sounds a little creepy to me but these reviews show up as positive reviews for some reason. Is it because when I upgrade furniture I have to click inside the apartments? Another thing is, why does upgrading the restaurant menu cost so much? It’s like so much more expensive than upgrading the furniture. I keep getting bad reviews saying the restaurant is upgrading the menu too slowly, but that’s because it’s so costly that I have to save up which takes a while. Anyways that’s all, but it’s overall a really fun game! Any recs for similar games?

Lots of Diamonds But Not Enough Money

I was surprised this wasn’t one of those rip-off games where in the adds for the game it says something about it but the game turns out to be nothing like what the adds say. It’s really fun and I could play it for hours but there are some flaws like having to many diamonds for example. I have so many diamonds just sitting there and I have no idea what to do with them. I saw a review and they said having a wheel you can spin bye spending diamonds would be cool. They also said making it so you can trade in diamonds to get money would be a cool update. Another thing I don’t like is that I don’t have enough money. Everything gets so expensive and I spend it on like two things and my money is gone. Having these fixed would be really helpful. I also think cashdaddy comes way to often. Like it’s a great help in all but it’s also making you watch adds for it. Maybe you could make it so there’s an option to spend diamonds to get the money instead of watching an add. I do like though that he mostly offers money and most of the time not diamonds. I also like how when you decline his offer he doesn’t just stay there. There is a little glitch though that when I’m at the office and cashdaddy is there the little pop up pointing to where he is points to somewhere random and not to the office. But overall this is a really good game and I recommend it! I hope you consider updating the game. Thanks for reading!

Fun, but has some issues

I love mindless idle games, and this one has been one of my favorites as of late- the style is cute, i like all the possibilities it has, etc. However, there are some glaring issues. One is something I find in a lot of idle or tycoon games: upgrades become so expensive that you have to save up, then upgrade one thing, then save up, then upgrade another thing, over and over. It gets boring and ends up taking so long that im no longer motivated to even play. Another thing is that you make SO much less money outside of the game than you do in it. In a five minute span IN THE GAME, i made $80,000. Out of the game, in a five minute span, I made only $4,000. This is never explained as far as im concerned and it makes no sense to me- its an IDLE game, but barely does anything when idle? And as someone else’s review mentioned, there is little diversity in the character models. Most characters have very light skin, but also, most careers/character types have only 2 different models(male and female models). It makes things boring and repetitive when i have an apartment building of 16 people and 5 of them look the exact same.

Need more money

I truly enjoy this game and have been playing it nonstop. I highly suggest giving it a go. However I am having some issues. I saw another review saying there should be more ways to spend diamonds and I completely agree. I am sitting at almost a thousand and have no clue what to do with them. I wish there was like a wheel to spin or a way to trade diamonds in for more cash. Or something. The diamonds only help for when logging in and building new apartments. Usually I would think diamonds would have more use, since they are supposedly so rare. Another thing, I need for there to be an update on how expensive things get so quickly. Like today I logged in and 200k in the bank and spent it all on like four things. That’s 8 hrs of gameplay (4 hrs plus the diamonds to double it) and only being able to upgrade 4 items??? I could have hired two workers and that would have been all the money.So there should either be a way to earn money from diamonds or things shouldn’t become so expensive so fast in the game. Last thing is the level up system. I go through and complete all the challenges, upgrade my relationship with tenants, upgrade facilities, watch ads, etc. and I’m still level three. I have everything at the point I am at, at 95% completion and I have been at level three for the past week. What is going on???

Good, but very annoying

The game is fun and has a good concept. I like how things are formatted and there’s a lot to do. But money becomes an issue super fast. When you’re on the game, you earn much more money (even though it’s not much) than you would when you’re offline. You’ll be offline for the whole night and only come back to 17,000 dollars, while actively playing the game would get you way more than that. These people even have a thing where you can spend actual 5 dollars to have a manager that makes sure you make money offline for 12 hours instead of 4. Adding onto that, the upgrades increase drastically and it’s very annoying. It’s obviously a scam just to get people to play their game longer even though you make progress very slowly.Another thing is the money man. You can either choose “watch an ad” or take the money with diamonds without having to do anything. When you do that, you don’t even get the money. It glitches and then you get annoyed because you wasted time/diamonds for money you don’t get. In general, this game is too time consuming and it’s obvious that’s the goal. It’s frustrating.

Lots of kinks

Ok this is my first revere so let’s see cash daddy is cool yes and I do like how he hands out domainds but he hands them out to much his name is CASH daddy not dimand daddy and when you upgrade one apartment it should upgrade them all because it’s annoying to me I do think it should be easer to level up and it shouldn’t cost game money to recert and if you want more money for when you are if it cost money and I really don’t like that I think it should be free there should be no options to watch adds just get rid of them Mabe get red of cash daddy but there are pluses to like they tell you what they don’t like and you can lisson to there problems even though that’s a lot of words and U don’t like to read but when I type that’s a hole nother story but that isn’t apportant I think you should be able to customize the hotel like add a name and logo and add a color set a theme ok I know I’m just flashing the game in a bad way but it’s all I can think about a review is to help creators know what fix and help people see wether or not to get the game if I am having trouble finding the good stuff they just need to fix the hole game I know y’all are probably gonna be mad at me for all this but it’s how it is I also think there sahould be a shorter name because ut takes so long to type and say rent plz landlord sim no call it like rent are something catchy like cash up you know what I mean ok I think that’s it thank you and goodbye

Unrealistic and Disappointing

Overall the game is somewhat enjoyable. You don't have to spend any money on the game whatsoever if you're willing to watch ads more than half of the time you play. I find myself spending 20minutes just watching ads to keep up with the expenses of the amenities. It makes sense that the further you level up the more amenities or decorations cost. But it wasn’t until level 12 or 13 that I actually saw any profits to upkeep those things without waiting for cash daddy to come back and offer me money. Leveling up is by far the best aspect for the game. The new characters, stores and decorations are great… when you can afford them. In addition, I don't understand that the purpose of the landlord house. Its merely for decoration and another way to spend the diamonds. The diamonds are only good for speeding things up or buying store managers which in my opinion adds little to no value to the store. You don't need them. You don't need to use diamonds to speed things up when you're so use to watching ads. The biggest disappointment of the game is that after leveling up and acquiring a new city, none of the profits you make from your old city are available for use in the new one. Its like starting all over again rather than building or leaning on what you have. Not only that but its double or triple what I spent on the first amenities with less money being made. Its like they want you to spend money to be able to afford to play.

Great game!

I don’t play phone games much, but I saw an ad for this. I thought it might be a good way to kill time here and there, I didn’t realize how much I would actually love it. It is a very relaxing game where you don’t have to think too much. Ads aren’t shoved down your throat, rather you have the option to for coins. The music and the entire game is just very relaxing and soothing for me, I find myself in my car playing the game for a good 30 minutes before I realize how long I’ve been enjoying the music and atmosphere of the game. Only problem I’ve had is that I have spent coins, but haven’t received what I paid for. I spent like 24,000 coins to get another employee at my farmers market, and it took the money from me but didn’t give me the extra employee and it was still available for purchase. Only minor problem I’ve had a couple times. Other than that, LOVE the game! Thanks so much for a game to help relax me in my very stressful life.

Good and all

But could be a little cheaper for the stuff as it takes a while to upgrade , the build time seems okay to me but its the prices that get me. And i agree with someone else’s statement about the purchasing ad-free situation. I wish there was a option like other apps. Even if at the most $7-8 for ad-free permanently instead of $10 for 30 days 😕don’t get me wrong great game. Graphics are great. As i said the build times seen okay so far. Gameplay is well explained as the game goes on. You guys are doing good with development. Please take into consideration my two suggestions of: -lower coin prices for upgrades, furniture and such & -A one time purchase option for ad free gameplay (would appreciate if that could mean we get the extra money with no ads.. meaning they still pop up and we can just press the ad button and get the money without watching a ad. I Wouldn’t love a almost 10 or 10 or more dollar purchase and i still had to watch ads for the extra money. Maybe that would help with upgrade situation but still consider lowering for people who can’t spend money like that on games and don’t want to spend like 15 minutes of gameplay watching ads trying to get extra money) please please consider! Its a great game and would like to play it longer. Also @ the person with the 3x speed problem. You have to hold in the 3x speed button.
