Feedback on Relocity and our Host Edelweiss Fromm

Moving from a different country can be easily classified as one of the most stressful and challenging process a person and a Family have to face, but in our case, we were lucky enough to have the support from a company as Relocity and the warmness and kindness of a person like Edelweiss. Service from Relocity was outstanding, well thought and design to provide support, resources and guidance to a person arriving at a new place, they are prepared to support all needs and provide timely and relevant information to settle in, Edelweiss became our daily support, always interested in our comfort, in our family, and to help us solving all issues, She became a friend and a close person to us, very professional and also a very kind human being.Hope We count with Relocity support in our future relocations, we are deeply thankful with this company and to Edelweiss as they made the entire difference and our lives happier during this process.Thank you!Felipe Carabali and Diana Diaz

Excellent Customer Service Provided by Audrey Kapner

Audrey provided us with excellent customer service as we moved back in to the US.Not only is she knowledgeable about the area, but also brings she a great attitude towards any challenge we faced. She often shared different perspectives to address issues we faced and helped us broaden our perspective in many things. Our re-adaptation to the area was made much easier due to the fact that we had Audrey support us.I would like to conclude my review with words of gratitude to Audrey on behalf of my wife and myself: many, many thanks!

Kari is awesome at what she does.

Making the move over 1400 miles far was turning my stomach into knots and I was trying to do my best to do as much research as I could. From the first call Kari made me feel likeI could relax a little and I could tell she knew what she was doing. I played around with the app a little and on our very next follow up call Kari was so patient with me and having to reschedule twice, but she answered all the questions I had and made me feel like this move won’t be so bad. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home or apartment and am so glad she is helping us in our moving process. Can’t ask for anything better, Thank you for marking this journey of ours a whole lot nicer.

App does not work at all

I used to be able to see the points on the map, but it just shows the map and nothing else. I always have to turn the commute radius off, and it does not even show you where your current location is on the map so you have to memorize where you are before choosing something to do. It’s annoying, please fix.Update: was contacted by them and they did a server side fix. Still would love the current location displayed, hopefully that’s coming soon!

Great support!

We arrived in Nyc in march 23 and been supported by Alison Zaslow. She has been an incredibly supportive and helpful ally for our set up in NY… always available supporting on bureaucracy but also on banking, utilities, rental and even in suggesting sports and activities for my family free time!
