Wrongfully banned

I have been a great donor to this game, submitted ticket since December 18.I have not got a response since and have not done anything illegal in this game. There are people selling things for money, bots, quest abusers. I have been neither of those people and you guys just ban me. I live in Southern California near your Corporate Office in Buena Park for Gravity Interactive. If I don’t get a response or unbanned, I will get a lawyer involved for not treating your customers the right way. I know it is just a game but I have spend so much money and time to help others achieve their goals in this game. I feel so disappointed and I want to fight for what is right. I hope to get my response through email since I have already submitted Ticket 5 times. I hope you guys improve and please ban people that are actually doing wrong things.

Refine transfer

Refine transfer is so hard its not like on the guide when we using some of item we can get from gear dismantle , I need to do adventurer lvl to lvl 20 first to get the item for transfer my weapon refine ? You gotta be kidding me manAnd change hair is using 300 each dye how much did you think we need to spend just to change hair style lol

Engaging RPG Adventure

This game has just the right level of autonomy and engagement. The story is well written and the graphics are cute and beautiful. There are a lot of opportunities for crafting and skill customization. If anyone else receives the error when downloading the game, try clearing your device‘s memory since that worked for me. I would love to see pets and mounts added to the game.

Great game!

Enjoying the game a lot so far. It isn’t heavily p2w like some of the other Ragnaroks, so there is a nice balance. My only critique is that the refining system is too difficult. I’ve used up 20 oridecon and can’t get past +2.

Hey umm I have a problem

So I like this app except I can't because every time I open it because every Time do it says “update halted due to something unknown “ if you have any idea how to fix this uhh well I don’t but if you can please get this fixed thanks for the cool game

Total Disaster

This game has been a disaster since release, devs don’t care, they use mid-mans for communication which makes it even harder. They have voluntary community managers that relay info and that’s it. We don’t get replies for weeks or updates. Game is full of bots, bugs, duping and much more. Even the “compensations” are bugged lol, event’s don’t even start on time most of the time. Population is probably less than 200 players, don’t even bother. Dead game.

This game is awesome!!

The only challenging to this game is how to save your pickaxes away from the temptations…the rest for me is okay…so far not experiencing any glitches yet..keep up the good work guys!? And I’m expecting for more free gifts from the events and also the most important is the redeem codes in the future!?.

I normally don’t play these kind-of games…

But this one has been a blast! Well-made, great interface, the design from the characters to monsters to maps all flows very well together. It also isn’t pay to win! They have a cash shop but it’s only for cosmetics.

Levels!

The game itself is awesome. The achievements are fun to collect, the story is very cool, costumes are cute! My one issue is how hard it is to level. The mobs that give the most xp are the hardest to farm, and it's annoying when you have to rely on 999+ potions to fight them. I feel there should be easier ways to get exp, if not more nerfed enemies or buffed player stats. Not many people like to play in parties, and I don't think it's fair that a player has to suffer just because they like to play alone. Maybe there should be more side quests and/or sub quests, so we can at least discover more lore, get more exp, and play longer. Recently, I've reached a stalemate with my leveling, and I'd really appreciate if there were more options. Thanks, and keep up the good work.

Progressing

So far it’s meeting my expectations as the original was but the monster’s can be a bit over kill (personal opinion). More clothing options would be welcoming and quests for house building would be truly appreciated.Other than that it’s only been three day’s since the app launched and I wake up to check my progress each morning to see how my character is doing.That’s a first for me, because I tend to get tired of playing MMO games very quick but this one keeps me on my toes.
