All you need

Well organized & easy to use, this app is handy for both training and trialing. I especially appreciate that I can count on it being accurate and up-to-date. Don’t know what I’d do without it!

Excellent!

I’ve used this app since Ruthann first told me about it when it was first made available. ALL of my students downloaded it as well. We check the descriptions carefully during lessons and they learn so much from the videos! I wouldn’t mind an update with a self-course construction feature and would gladly pay for it. I would also love to see different size dogs do some of the exercises, especially at the Master level.

Wishing for a bit more

I like the app and videos. I wish the app allowed me to save or tag signs I am working on. I wish I could save the practice course I design after each lesson for further review during the week. I wish I could search by number or name of sign and not need to know the level the sign is from. Otherwise it’s a great app!

Great ap

I have used this app as I’ve progressed through the levels as an amateur trainer. The written instructions and ease of locating a particular sign help me on trial day. During training, I enjoy watching the videos both to see how a sign should be performed, but also as inspiration for where we should get to as a dog team. Thank you for the love and craft put into this app.

Must have app for dog trials

I absolutely love this app and it’s my go to when I have a trial. I can quickly and easily look up a sign, read all about it and if needed, watch a video to see how it’s performed! Thank you for making this app. Well worth the cost!

Amazing App for Rally Dog Training!

Pocket Rally has been a lifesaver for when I have been at trials and needed to refresh my memory of specific exercises! I have trained on my own, so Pocket Rally served as my tutor while learning the exercises. I really appreciate that it has kept up with the recent changes that AKC has made. My highest praise for all involved in developing and producing this app!

Must have

I’ve gone from “suggesting” this app to my students to “strongly recommending” it. And since the new signs came out, I use it often as a reference to confirm I know how everything works. The video demo of each sign is incredibly helpful. Even just to look up a particular sign, it’s easier to reach for the app than to use any resource available on the web or my computer. Thank you!

Perfect!

I’ve tried a few rally apps and this one is the best by far. I love the different modes for practicing signs (audio callouts and the flash card mode are perfect). The videos added are a nice touch too.

Great App if You Do Rally

This app has all the signs with the same descriptions as in the AKC book. It is up to date with the latest changes. The videos are very helpful. Used it at a show recently to make sure I remembered the rules for each. Kudos!

If you do Rally, you need this!

This app has very helpful videos so that you can see exactly how to do each sign. Also includes the regulations from AKC so that you can read as you refer to each sign. The app I use the most when training! Thank you for a wonderfully helpful resource.

Description

Pocket Rally Dog Obedience for the iPhone was completely rewritten with the new signs, descriptions and videos for the March, 2017 AKC changes. It also includes the changes as noted in the February, 2019 descriptions. Pocket Rally includes descriptions of the rally signs, short "real world" video demonstrations of how each sign should be performed.

A section for random sign generation for practice, an audio sign Callout Section, and links to the official AKC YouTube videos (internet connection required). It also includes a little memory game, and a mini course designer. If you like the app, please take time to give it a positive review. A lot of time and energy is spent in the creation of an application like this, it is always nice to read some encouraging words. Do you have an idea that you would like to see in the app?
