Developer punishing
So the developer couldn’t update this game til halfway thru March. During the beginning of the month the march daily levels couldn’t be played because they weren’t there. They finally released an update so the daily levels for March can be played, but why is the player being punished for not being able to play the daily levels by having to watch an ad for all those days we physically couldn’t play because they weren’t there? It doesn’t feel right that we have to watch an ad because the developer failed to update the app to allow us to play. Also, I did check regularly to see if there was an update until the new one was released.
Please fix this issue
Until this issue gets resolved I’m only giving it 2 starsJust downloaded this game it seems all right but after only three times of playing it every time I go to play anything on there now I hit the play button and it clicks and just stops and nothing ever opens it doesn’t freeze but it will not open any of the games at all please fix this issue I do enjoy the game. I just got my favorite category, the Simpsons, and I can’t play it…if I can’t play this I’m not going to leave it on my phone much longer
Fun game-disappointed
I find this game lots of fun. Keeps me busy for hours. However I’ve finished all the games available and just finished the December games. Now I have no other games available to play unless I buy them. So once you finish the games they “give” you, there is nothing else unless you want to spend your money, which I don’t. UPDATE: As previously stated I finished all the games and the month of December. I have now finished January and February and that’s it. There is no March. As we are now just about halfway through the month and still nothing it’s time to delete this app and move on
Not enough rounds
Started the app mid February and got through all levels within a week. This is not necessarily to blame the app because I played it so often but now there’s not even daily rounds to play in March and I can’t play previous months of daily rounds.. at least give daily rounds as promised. I also saw new levels shown for 10 minutes and then they got deleted to never be seen again. Where’d the extra rounds go? Was a fun app but not developed enough for “daily” challenges and should not advertise no ads when there’s only ~1 week of rounds for the price
Landscape Mode Abruptly Gone In iPad
Overall, a very good game. However, the frequency and length of ads (especially ROYAL MATCH) make me quit after two or three rounds. If the price were lower ($2.99 instead of $5.99), I’d pay for no ads, but the game isn’t worth that much to me. I would have given the game four stars, but I like to play the game in Landscape Mode, which I have been doing for some weeks. Yesterday Landscape Mode disappeared - all my other apps automatically go to landscape, so it’s not my iPad. There also is no option to manually set the app to landscape, so at this point, given the overwhelming number of ads, I’ll probably just delete the game, and hope some other developer comes up with a similar game.BTW - even if the price dropped to $2.99, I wouldn’t buy it unless landscape mode is restored. OTOH, if you’re playing this on an iPhone, it wouldn’t be an issue.
Updates Causing Issues
I want to love this game but the updates have ruined it. At the beginning of March, there were no daily puzzles, then they did an update. March daily puzzles were available but all of my bundle packs disappeared. The next update removed everything from the prior update. Now there is no playability, the daily challenges for March were gone, the crossword mode is gone, my bundles are back but I have played them all. If developers can get the updates figured out and daily puzzles back, my review would be much higher.
Variety and lack of updates
Update: they had two updates since I wrote what’s below… the first update gave us March’s daily challenges, and I was enjoying visiting them each day. The second update eliminated March. This inconsistency is why I’ve downgraded my star review. It’s already a week into March, and the very promising monthly challenges has not been made available for March. This is after only three months (December has disappeared, also. You should keep past months available). I am also disappointed in the lack of variety in themes for the collections. It seems like they are all music related or movie related. Very few of them are literature or common sayings.
BORING
I’m one of those about to be ten year olds and I hate history and the songs and stuff they give me to try to solve or like history the scrambled songs I have never hear.It also has ads after every level so even if you win you still have to watch an add but if you run out of moves to get plus five moves you have to watch an ad so I would not recommend this game for kids that hate history so yeah and if you are like me and hate watching ads don’t download this game ohh and whoever keeps saying in theses reviews that if you turn your Wi-Fi off there’s no and you are a stupid dumb idiot person
Loved but…
This game is great-however lately the ads are just a black screen that dont return back to the game so I am losing lives and having to restart the app altogether to get these ads to go away-I dont mind the ads in general-but the ads are the worst-too long and now they have messed up the game. And I used to be able to do the daily puzzles even if I had not finished the previous month but this month it’s making me complete all of the previous month and between that and dealing with the ads, I am getting disenchanted quickly
I WANT to love this game…
I want to give it 5 stars. Just can’t due to LONG ads in order to play daily puzzles you may have missed and to add 5 moves to a puzzle. Some of the puzzles are hard or you are only given so many moves that you can NOT make 1 wrong move or it is impossible to finish with moves given, so you watch an ad to get a few more moves. And that ad is 2 min long!! I (initially) loved the game and purchased no ads. Well, that only applies to random ads. It should at least include those daily puzzles too. Like the Art Puzzle game. Let us play those ad free! On top of LONG ads, they are the same over and over and over, ad nauseum. Please consider taking the ads off the daily puzzles, at least for those of us who purchased “No ads”.
