Just what I needed

Love how it can be accessed through the phone if watch and the free version gives me an option of two drinks (I did water and coffee) along with the size you normally do. So it’s just a quick click! Just wish I could add it to my watch face instead of looking for it through my app list!

Helpful, but limited

Okay, so 2019 hits and I’m assuming a lot of folks are going through the ‘new year, new me’ phase of things, but I’ve been working toward healthier living for the past year and a half. So, I decided to get (and inevitably do a lifetime purchase) of this app. Overall, I like the concept, design and simplicity. The only downside is the accuracy at which I can log my fluid/ water intake. For example, when I have brothy soup or a protein shake, there is no way for me to select or list what it is I am consuming and how that might adjust my water intake.Recommendations: 1) create a drink selection for “other” and/or 2) the ability to add notes; with 3) a way to time stamp logs throughout the date - adjustable of course. Thanks!

subscription payments knocks off two stars

I am debating purchasing this app, I don’t mind the upgrade to get all drinks but I don’t think that it’s worth an annual subscription to track water intake. I know I can cancel but it’s unclear if I will still have access if I cancel before the period is up. Either way, the subscription is probably going to be a deal breaker for me because I just want a simple water tracker and ongoing subscriptions are good for supporting new features not just so the devs hav a revenue stream. Without new features there is no ongoing value to continue paying for. On the other hand, adding new features would ruin this app as it’s great the way it is. I would probably stop using it if it lost the ease and simplicity due to unnecessary (and unwanted) features. So devs stop being greedy with the subscription and you will probably get more paying users as well as those two extra stars from me. I know it’s not expensive but I prefer to pay once for my apps and be done with it.

PRICEY

Like many other reviewers, I cannot justify paying $60 a year for a simple water tracker (there are other tracking apps that do the same or similar, but VERY low cost or free). The only difference is that the app is really pretty to look at but I can’t imagine what other upgrades are needed to justify the annual fee... the app is already good as it is and I really like the features, but I don’t think it is worth $60 a year... The max I am willing to pay for an annual water tracking app subscription is $20 and I think the developers would gain a lot more subscribers if it was priced that way. Please listen to your potential consumers! I’ve just opted out before the 3-day trial ended, but would return if the price goes way down. For now, I am going back to my old water tracking app (Water Minder) as well as tracking my intake via Apple Health.

Water!!!

Love how easy it is to select amount and watch my water level rise! A different app that I previously used was a lot more complicated and difficult to figure out. On that one I had to “refill” my water level in my “bottle” in order to document. Plus the level went down and I prefer seeing how much I have drank! Great app. Fun reminders too!

Premium paid for but app did not update

I have now paid for a second quarter and my app still has not updated to indicate that it was paid for. I basically wasted money on an app I was enjoying during my free trial. I’ve sent two messages (one just now) with no response. Great app until the free trial expires, then it’s useless if it doesn’t update you when you pay for a subscription. Very frustrated! Would love a refund for at least one quarter pleas and somehow update my account so I can use all the features since the quarter just started in July 8th

Not worth the price

The interface of this app is cool. And all the features are pretty helpful. It’s easy to use and not overly complicated. But it’s a water app. It tracks liquid intake and keeps track of past liquids. $20/three months, $60/year or $80 lifetime is simply not worth it. It’s not that complicated of an app to pay $80 for it. There are apps on the market that have all the same features and are $0-$20 for lifetime access. I did appreciate that they at least offer the 7 day free trial so you can see how you feel about it. Just not worth the cost in my opinion.

Listens to their users (edited)

The app used to be great. The last update changed the way you were able to select the amount of water to add. Now it’s a max of 20oz at a time. There was nothing wrong with the way it was before. Now adding larger water bottle sizes is a hassle.Edit - Within days of receiving feedback from users the entry method was reverted back to the original format. Really appreciate the customer support!!!

Great!

App so easy to use. I’m not tech savvy and this app makes it simple to track water intake. I set a goal and quickly log water each time I finish off a bottle full. Choosing size of water bottle is simple too. Easy to change from one size to another. I like that it keeps tracking water even after I meet my daily goal. Highly recommend if you want a user friendly, quick and easy to use app to track water intake.

Lack feature to delete entry

I am using trial version. However, what convinced me not to get the paid version is lack of features such as not being able to delete a mistake. If this exist, trial version at least have this function to inform your decision whether it’s worth get paid version. Trial is only for 3 days, so it’s nothing to lose on the developer’s end.
