Simplicity at its best

This app might seem simple in design - leveraging the Apple Pencil to write in your agenda and action items but it is in the simplicity that this application does so well. Unlike most apps which try to collect data and force you to change your process - this app truly let’s you work they way you want to. Here you have one of the best experiences of the iPad with the Apple Pencil.I am a technology executive and use this every day. 5-10 minutes to sketch out the day and my target objectives. Through the day I am constantly using - to a point that i no longer use any physical (paper) during my day. The tabs at the top let you switch between daily view, week, year, etc. and is extremely easy to navigate.I only wish there were more apps like this permitting a simple human experience with the iPad. Job extremely well done.

Sooo close to perfection...

This app is amazing for teachers. Previously I was using google calendar, but just wasn’t pleased with being able to see my day view in a meaningful way and notes for each day. This app fixes that! It is so easy and natural writing on this calendar. There are only a few things that REALLY need improving. First, (and this is a small complaint) I wish that when I zoomed in the template would not be blurry. I expected it to be a vector image. Second, I really need a way to export the page without just taking a screen shot. I need a good high quality export. Next, I wish that some drawings would automatically appear from one view to another such as from the month view to the week view to the day view. Lastly, I wish that this app had better syncing and a dedicated iPhone app. The iPhone app could be less detailed, and take up more of the screen. As of now, it is pretty hard to see on a small phone. Also, If this app had a Mac app (or preferably a website) that I could look at my writings on my computer for free, I would definitely give this 5 stars. Seriously a great app though. I will plan to use it for the near future!

Well that was a total waste of $9

NOT at ALL what I’d expect from an app that costs nearly ten bucks! I would expect an app that’s easily higher than the rest... but all this is, is a few different calendar view templates repeated a million times and a pen. That’s it. There’s no other features, no other options (expect to make pages either dark or light). No pictures, no text, no labels, no icons, no color coding, no tagging, no bookmarks, no personalization of any kind. & if you don’t have a good Apple Pencil or expensive stylus ... then it’s pretty much a scrambled mess you can barely read when zoomed out. The writing sections on the templates are TINY and you have to pinch every little section you wanna write on to zoom in, & half the time you end up with a drawn line on accident instead. - You have to SWITCH OVER to view only mode any time you need to move the screen or zoom in or out, and then AGAIN change it to write mode before you can write anything. And so on and so forth. Not ONLY that - but it’s GLITCHY & CRASHES after every stroke! Very disappointed. I’ve never been this unsatisfied with an app that I paid for... especially not one that costs $8.99!! Would not object to a refund.

Finally! This is what I’ve been looking for!

I live out of my planner but I’ve always had physical ones. I hate wasting the paper or having to keep buying a new one every year. What I love about a physical planner is writing everything down and customizing it myself. I mainly use the Month section on a planner so all those daily sheets would go to waste. This planner is exactly what I’ve been looking for, for years! I love getting to write everything down and not having to tote my tablet and a planner separately. So glad I have this and would highly recommend to anyone!

Love this app

This app does exactly what it claims to do, and it does it well. I have an older iPad, and I appreciate the “Performance Drawing” setting, which allows the Apple Pencil to function better on older iPads. This is a really well conceived, well executed app. Worth the money, especially when you consider it’s cheaper than a basic physical/paper planner.One note: it would be great if there were a full-screen function. The tabs along the top and the back/forward arrows on the left/right ear up a lot of space. It would be great if a future update allowed you to zoom into just the the content of the app, removing the navigation.

FINALLY!!!

Thank you for creating a digital planner to work with the Apple Pencil that doesn’t require you to go inside the date to write something and then back out to see it. I greatly appreciate all of the features especially the pencil and paper feel. BTW - the Grid view is really cool which was a wonderful surprise. Couple of ideas: If you ever get a chance to add a couple blank tabs after the grid tab to allow for full size notes, that would be amazing. If those note tabs could have an option of blank, ruled, and grid paper, that would be really cool. If those tabs could be customizable, that would be very helpful. Meanwhile, I love everything about this app. It has become my #1 iPad digital organizer. Thanks again!!!

Very good functionality, wish there were more pen drawing features

I really enjoy this app because I love being able to draw in my schedule like I am writing on a paper planner. I think it is well worth the purchase, especially since one-year paper planners are around $15. It is very use-friendly and easy to navigate through.One thing I wish could be improved is the pen drawing features. I like decorating my planner with colorful pens so I wish there were a continuous color wheel on which to select colors instead of pre-existing choices. Also, it would be nice if other certain colors could be saved so that I don’t have to search in the larger selection everytime. Lastly, I think it would be really cool if the app had a selection of stickers that we could use, like stars, hearts, etc. or if there were special ink colors, like patterns or glitter.

Great App!

I use this app to keep track off workflow and personal time. All functions very well and I honestly enjoy the layout and minimalistic design. One thing I would really appreciate though would be an option to insert a text box (to utilize the keyboard/touchpad) and an option to insert shapes, forms, pictures something along those lines. My handwriting with the Apple Pencil looks horrible when I have to write things down real quick :>If it should get implemented then I’ll add the fifth star ;)Edit: …and it would be great to have the ability to link, days, weeks, months etc. that way you can see that there have been notes place from the respective view. ✌🏽

Needs more Pencil features

I didn’t want to purchase the Pro subscription version because I still prefer the buy once and own it mentality. However, I can’t help but be annoyed that the Pro version offers different pens and highlighters, versus this version which uses the generic pencil options that Apple Notes has. For 8.99, I expected the same pencil options as the Pro version. If they are going to push a subscription model, they should offer different backgrounds and other features on that Pro version, but different pencil options should be a basic function for $8.99 on the not Pro version of this app. I will admit though, that being able to only use the Apple Pencil on the app is so relieving. I’ve always wanted to use a planner, but have been turned off from typing a planner. Using a pencil as the primary function is so nice.Also, it would be nice if the app had a widget. Even a 2x2 widget showing the today view from whatever we wrote on the month view would be cool. Or a 3x2 widget that shows ur the hourly view from today. Or the 4x2 which could show us the next four days from the weekly view would be so amazing.
