My old GratShare app was consistent with letting me know the tips I made the night before. Between 7-8am everyday. Very consistent. This app I’ve waited until 3pm. Email for assistance and they say it was a “user error”. Basically saying your fault. I hope we switch to a new app
This is the worst app that I have ever had the displeasure of using. The UI is so hilariously bad. I typed up an incredibly long review detailing all of my gripes with PayDayPortal but it still wouldn’t do this travesty justice. Congratulations Gratuity Solutions, I have been an iPhone user for over 10 years and this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a negative review. Two 👎🏻
At my workplace they changed from our last tips app to this one. PayDayPortal is slow to report tips (with our last app we could keep track at the moment). With this app we don’t have data sometimes for days. It is inaccurate and bad. I wish my employer would go back to our previous one.
tips are not accurate, every day I am missing $5-$10 dollars from my actual tip out report. This app also regularly signs me out and struggle to sign back in without an actual cause, just software issues.
The app itself offers no way to add notification texts, which are nice to receive whenever you are paid. It doesn’t give very much detailed information, you can even see the breakdown of what you made each shift, without manually going through and changing the results for each individual date itself. Coming from previously using tipnetwork, this app is a major letdown. And you can’t even log in to the website, without it telling you to use the app.
What a horrible business model, app, and website. Your customer service and the service you provide are a joke. It is sad that businesses sign a contract with you and do not realize what kind of operation you actually run……I feel bad for them and sad for your business and the people who work there that actually think they are helping.
Why did you update this app? It was working fine before the new update, now it’s like you took 10 steps back. No Face ID, now you have to manually enter the money in a clunky outdated way? Why? Wow. Before it was 4 stars, now I’d give it zero if I could.*Edit* back to 4 stars, they updated and everything seems to be ok now. Thank you for listening!
Tips are not accurate. Been using this new system for 2 1/2 weeks and the tips in the app do not match actual tips made. 1st week it was $4.82 short; 2nd week $8.24 short; this week $4.42 short & I still have two more days of work to complete. These discrepancies are unacceptable. Where is my money?
First of all it’s one amount at night and at about 7am it states the accurate amount . This pay portal thing is used to cheat people out of the money . If I had another way to receive my tips I would . Trust me I watch like a hawk. Every last $$$ . Now I can’t even log in . For days it says no internet. No matter how many times I delete the app and download it again I can’t . Haha and try to log in through Google . I wonder why it tells you to use the app. Every dog has its day .
I can’t believe it! It always been a very unusable and bad app, but after the last update it is even worst! We lost a lot of details!
