Super convenient

This app makes it so much easier than having to pay at the machine and then take a ticket to my car.

Unusable and extremely buggy

Hello,The app is unusable. Aside from being extremely sluggish iOS app simply does not work. It lets you select the zone (from the 5ths attempt, if you are lucky). However, it does NOT let you select the time. A timeline that was supposed to be there simply does not appear. We have tried this on 2 separate iPhone 12 devices on 2 differ providers and both had the same issue. The screenshot is attached.

Massive overpriced scam

After paying for their incredibly overpriced parking, I came back to find a ticket on my windshield. Despite having put the correct zone, and coming back on time, their system “somehow” had them leave a ticket five minutes before the end of my parking. Should be renamed as Scam by App - or Park by Scam. Either is more accurate. Will be avoiding their garbage parking lots from now on. Honestly should be illegal.Watch out for their positive “reviews,” which all seem to have been written in the last week with bland and similar language. Own up to the scam that you are or at least try harder when you buy fake reviews!!

Scam Parking Business

Some of their lots are “photo enforced” and if you are even 5 minutes late leaving the lot (not vacating the spot, mind you) they will mail you a citation. You better hope you receive notice of the citation before their criminally short expiration time ends or they’ll double your fee. And the fact that paying their citations includes taxes and a “service charge” goes to show this is just some greedy capitalist preying on people looking for parking to use public services. There’s a reason these lots are always empty. If you see this sign, do yourself a favor and walk the extra five minutes from a more reputable parking lot.

Beware!

Paid for parking on the app (with proof of payment), came out to find my car booted. Showed my app receipt to boot guy who was still on premises. According to the booting company, "sometimes the app doesn't update" and they go by what THEIR screen shows. Basically app receipt is pointless. Cops where called but these are private lots there is nothing they can do. $89 boot fee plus the $8 I paid to park. I've notice this app is used in several private parking lots in Miami that all have fraudulent boot charges pending against them. Not saying it's necessary the apps fault, but.....pretty sure it's some sort of scam. Also, cost for time is very high. Minimal time options and the cheapest ($8 for 2 hours) is equal to Valet cost in Coconut Grove. Considering you would have to pay $16 for 4 hours, Valet PLUS tip is cheaper and safer.

DO NOT USE

I used this app to park in a lot in downtown Miami that had signs advertising $10 for 5 hours. I paid the $10 via the app and came back after 1 hour to find the parking guy booting my car. The man refused to remove the boot even after showing him the $10 app receipt. Finally after I called the police he removed the boot because he didn’t want the authorities catching wind of their scam. The app owners are thieves, avoid this app at all costs.

Parking abuse very expensive!!!

Very expensive!!!!This app is like most of the parking app they're with the difference that give the customer only 3 options 8,6 and 4 hrs parking from 40 to 20 dollar so if you are coming only for 1 hr your have to pay for 4 hrs, this is not ok and with the problem of parking they abused the customers. I saw 2 cars leaving because of the price how sad that the city of Hollywood allows this type of abuse. This is not South Beach !!!

Convenience is key!!!

Extremely convenient, especially when you want to extend your parking. Now there is no need to run back and add money, you just do it right from your phone.

Despicable pricing

Most parking apps let you choose the number of hours and charge you accordingly. This one gives you three options - until 11 am the next day, 4 hours for $10 (ripoff), or 8 hours for $20 (double what you pay for a spot 20 feet away). I will remember it's better to walk than to give this company my money.

Park somewhere else

Warning, move to another parking spot if this app is your only option. The only payment option was $75 even though I only needed one hour. I couldn’t use the pay by card option, as the slot was blocked. No rates were posted, so you don’t know until you’re late for your appointment and no time to park elsewhere. Beware.
