Not working!!!

I have several earbuds allot over the years and most don’t work for me these do. I like these because you can get free firmware upgrades and it works. I app is just ok but the noise cancellation is wonderful especially the transparency after you turn off the music you can hear people and talk to them big deal. The sounds are fantastic I have hearing loss so these are loud enough for me. I can wear these in the rain so I am going to keep them. They fit me very well too. They are easy to use and you can change the volume with the touch feature Sold :) I did have trouble pairing them and syncing the app but I bought them used from Amazon so many be that is why but I finally got it. I never did figure out these tech support but right now I don’t need them they are simple

The equalizer doesn’t work. It’s the only reason I wanted the app. Thumbs down
App not working properly
I am giving this app a low rating because I just downloaded and it does not work. The only things it will bring up is the pairing mode page (they have already been paired) click next, then the Bluetooth page, that’s it, nothing else, no settings no anything!
Works fine
Whatever issue people were having in the past, it’s not an issue anymore. The app definitely recognizes my headphones and works as intended. Sure it’s not a particularly nice looking app but it works fine, updated my headphones firmware fine, let me set settings fine, etc. Let’s be honest, how often are you using your headphones app anyway?
Worst app
I have been able to get this app to work once and have had zero luck ever since. Very frustrated. If was was able to return the wireless headphones they would be gone.
App does not work
If I could give this app a zero I would. The earbuds are great but app quit working after 24 hours. If this is what you have for an app you should just take it down and offer your earbuds app free for this is the most horrible app. When I had my Sony’s and their app was flawless, shaking my head, please fix. As of now I am deleting this app for it is useless and will try later and hopefully it gets fixed.

Have the same issue as the rest won’t let me go anywhere other then the pairing screens tried everything
