Flat out AMAZING!!!

It doesn't get better than these. Don't waste your time or money trying other types. You'll love these. Col. M.

Earin App

The ear buds are actually terrible. I returned them last week. The volume of them are not impressive and I have good hearing, just got it tested last week. The blue tooth connection is unreliable, and cuts out to one ear. When you reconnect it, it sometimes works. The charging capsule only has a red light and no green light for when fully charged. This product does have a lot of potential but on it's first go around it's very unimpressive. The company should be ashamed. The app is sub-par. I don't know where people think this app or the product are good.

Not very good app or buds

My wife searched and researched numerous wireless ear buds and apparently these were the best. Just to let you know she was sorely mistaken. The app is terrible and very rarely works, I had install, uninstall, reinstall a few times and it still didn't really work. In reading reviews I saw numerous people saying the app wasn't working but buds were great. I must be the exception to the rule. Buds very rarely worked and I had to send them back. There was always some sort of connectivity issue like the buds were closest enough to my phone or I had to much interference. I received a multitude of reasons as to why they weren't connecting. For $200 there shouldn't be these types of issues. I'm just saying be wary of these buds. The company did allow me to return and I am still waiting to see how that process works and the customer service was good.

App adds zero value.

Previously the app was good for maybe four things: battery level, balance, bass boost, & renaming the earbuds (hence the maybe). Now the app won't even connect to the earbuds. It tells you to verify that Earin L is connected in iOS Bluetooth settings (it is. In fact music is freaking from the phone). The app worked much better before this AppLinker stuff was in it. Earbuds are 5 star. The app is really a zero star but I have to at least rate it a 1.

Great app for great headphones!

This app gives you greater control of your Earins. It allows you to view the battery remaining on each of the separate earbuds in an easy to see visual way. Balance adjustment is a nice plus, although I personally have no need for this feature. I would like to see a visual gain control incorporated in the next iteration of this app, similar in design to the balance wheel. Also a volume& gain limiter function would be nice to see so that I can protect my Earins & ears from damage from excessive levels, possibly added under the settings. Overall a great implementation.***I helped to Kickstart this great product***

Ok, when they work

The app is lackluster to say the least, balance and bass boost is all the tweaking you can do. Furthermore, the sound sporadically cuts in and out on one side randomly. This may be more hardware than software. These earbuds flatout sound mediocre at best with a hefty price tag. It doesn't handle low bass frequencies very well, you may even need to turn the volume down to avoid distortion.

Poor app

The app doesn’t work! Always request to turn on the BT when is already on and works when it wants! A pity

Works as intended

The app works as intended with my set of Earin. It isn't fancy, or offer much, but the bass boost is nice and it can be helpful.

Pairing issues

Can't do anything with the product on an iPhone 6. Pairing is unsuccessful when following directions. Easier to return for wired solution than track down the cause. App appears to be connected, get a connected "Earin L" state and then another "Earin L" appears as a connectable device. Confusing setup. Product is basically unusable if you can't pair.

GREAT product, not so great app

First off, the Earin product is great. I love these earbuds and am so glad I ignored the negative reviews. They really do feel like what earbuds should be. With that said, the app is a bit lacking. It shows battery life, adjusts balance, and can enable bass boost. The only useful feature is the battery life. However, most of the time the app can't find the earbuds when they are connected. It makes judging battery life pretty tricky since the carrying case has no way if displaying charge levels. I've read this might be an ios10 issue, however until the connection issues are fixed the app is fairly useless. I am running iOS 10 on an iPhone 7 plusSo, I give two stars based ONLY on the app. I still give the earbuds themselves five stars even with the app
