Not working

I recently purchased this app on my IPhone 12. I have not been able to get it to work yet.Also I have not been able to get help with a resolution.

Upgrade from version 4: Good Job!

Very Good Support. Just turn on iCloud backup and wifi syncing (at least temporarily), and the version 5 upgrade will be able to connect to the developer servers and properly recognize the previous purchase of the dictionary. The developer emailed me directions within 24 hours over a weekend, and the upgrade worked seamlessly, even though I'm using a different iPhone than the original dictionary was on (the first iPhone died, and was replaced.) Good Dictionary, Too!

Please Fix!

I purchased this app but the restore option does not work. Also, the reference to email the developer is not working. Please resolve the issues.

This is a truly great app...

...but just as a heads up, this is an upgrade for those of us that have already purchased the $55 version. Trust me, it's money well spent.Update: The sync feature worked perfectly for me. This app is still tops in my book.

Daily reference

I originally purchased this app for the MacBook because it provides a good reference. Everything from help with pronunciation to synonyms is a fabulous resource. My only complaint is the app on the Mac isn’t native to the M1. But I’m sure it will be soon.

Oxford Dictionary of English, 2nd edition

The in-app purchase stops working and there are no means to get it back through customer support. ———-Update———-I received this message from the developer after two months: “Please contact our support desk.” But, the person who wrote this didn’t find it necessary to provide contact information for the “support desk.” Maybe in another two months I can get that contact information.
