This is absolutely the best dictionary out there for the English/American language. Take it from me I’m a 60 years old internationally educated retired electrical engineer from Minnesota USA and I’ve been around a long time. I love using different words correctly and this is absolutely the best dictionary out there both in paper or app form. I promise you that you will not regret purchasing this app. Thanks for reading my review.
The Best comprehensive dictionary.
Dictionary is very comprehensive and easy to understand. Love the example sentences for each word - they’re so helpful. Thank you for bringing out such a wonderful dictionary to us.

The app is perfect for the ones that are learning English–Pronunciations, parts of speech, grammatical notes, dozens of good examples and etc.– it’s really useful for students and teachers.

I downloaded this app 2 years ago and I was enjoying a-lot till these days I’m not happy with it which means that most of the times it loads and runs slowly.I checked network connection for a few times but my problem didn’t solve. 😔
Great app.
This is one of best dictionary app. After I was reviewed so many and finally I have chosen this because the function was quite special such as two different native speakers, multi colored background and simple to learn and look up for word. Hope it can update soon to use offline mode as well.
Nice app
My feedback is:Nice app and i wish to see some improvements in the favorites section in the next version like:- sync my favorites to ICloud drive.- a space in each word to add my notes.- the ability to create folders in the favorites section- export and import my words.- an option to show the translation of the word in my mother language from google translator automatically.Thanks
Right or wrong
They are practically using the Longman API. So, there is no difference between looking up in Longman app or this. Though the question is that the official Longman has a copyright, which is actually being offended by the app.
Not working on my I-Pad
Just downloaded it from the Apple Store. Couple of problems right out of the gate. They are as follows:1.) I cannot rotate the application on my screen. It opens up Vertical view instead of horizontal. I am unable to get it to rotate it so I can use it.2.). Was unable to use the search mechanism to look up a word. Not sure what is going on but maybe it is not compatible with my I-Pad.
What has happened???
It had been my fav app dictionary for a few years and some days ago it stopped working.😭😭😭it shows it can’t load the data and offers to reload but reloading fails any time you try. Is it only me who faces such a problem??? What’s up??? It makes me really sad

This is the best dictionary for students learning English. In my opinion, the functions that I love are corpus-based examples (many things compared to other dictionaries), introduction of related learning app (very useful) and illustrations (exclusive feature).
