Just like 90% of the other reviewers said, this app is crap. I wasted a good half an hour, tediously imputing all my information in 3 seperate times (which I was kinda suprised you guys didn't ask for my SSN, to be honest...), thinking I must've done something wrong, but turns out that the only thing I did wrong, was waste that half an hour of my life that I will never get back on this useless app. What's the point of even creating this app, if your customers can't make an account to use it? And from the looks of the dates from other reviewers, this has been going on for a long time now, and yet noone from Ollie's could spare even an hour to try to fix it for their customers? Nothing? Not even so much as one vague and indifferent reply to one of your (very) many negative reviews? Awesome customer service and business integrity. All of us can really tell how much you love and appreciate your customers. Keep up the good work. I'm sure business will really start booming soon.
