My only problem is I can’t seem to buy more than one!

This is one of my top 3 apps! It is super intuitive, easy to start using its’ quick start feature, it’s a huge time saver & the data it produces is accurate to the second. Anyone who needs time management data will find this app indispensable. Schedules are easier to make, keep and justify with this app. Its data can be set to seconds or rounded to minutes - your choice. It makes my rehab exercises go faster. I do one exercise, tap the app for my next exercise - start the new one and continue until I’ve progressed through my whole program. No more guessing afterward: did I miss an exercise? Were all reps completed? I even set up quick taps for problems encountered (Pain? Poor balance?) & remedial actions (did I use ice afterwards? Did it help?). This app allows me to spend all my energy doing my exercises, not writing notes on scraps of paper filled with errors & easily lost. I also use it for my daily activity chart and my pain chart (time of pain/pain med use/effectiveness). I am using the free app + the PRO app I bought, but I need at least one more. NOTE: the free app keeps disappearing so I have to retrieve it from the Apple App Store every time I log into it - a major pain! Can somebody help me with this? Can I buy a 2nd - 3rd app? Great product!!!

Exactly what I was looking for!

I downloaded about ten of these timesheet apps. They were all rather complicated/ cumbersome. This app is intuitive and delivers a clean, no frills utilitarian approach. I really love the features. I can honestly say this may be the only app that has had 100%, no more, no less, of what I am looking for. If I were the designer, I would have produced the EXACT same thing.

Slick, easy, few taps

Smooth and slick interface with minimal taps, customizable colors, customizable views of day/ week/ month. Can see past time spent in bar graphs or pie charts. 30 tasks and ad on bottom strip in free version. At a glance I can see how I spent my workday time for the past week & where I need improvement. It's great!

Dissatisfied

Note: I used this app for personal use, not for business.I switched from aTracker to this, and at first I liked this time tracking app better. It seemed easier to use. But after a few hours of using, I noticed a lot of limitations. The biggest one for me, if I try to block out time in advance but then I run a timer, whatever I have scheduled in the future is deleted. I know that this is a time tracking app, not an app to create a schedule for the day, but I want to be able to do both. I can kind of do both in aTracker.Another thing I don’t like is in the chart section, when i see the pie chart view. The categories under the pie chart show time spent on each activity in terms of percentages, not hours and minutes. To see how many hours I spent on each activity, I have to click on the individual pie section. And some sections are too small to click. Also, when viewing charts, I can view activity for the day, week and month (I think, it’s not really clear). But I can’t select a custom range.I am going back to aTracker.

Needs widgets + calendar sync

I’ve been experimenting with the different time tracking apps and this one is fundamentally my favorite. Love the simple design and task categorization but really wish it had home screen widgets and Calendar sync. That would make it 🔥🔥

Feels like something Apple would design

I have never said this before about an app but from the moment you open it for the first time, it feels like something Apple would create. Beautiful, simple, elegant, useful. I've downloaded dozens of time-tracking apps, trying to find one that was easy to use, so I could track my productivity at work and this is the only one that has worked for me.

Fantastic but I Apple Watch

Apple Watch is so essential for time tracking because you are so often on the move and the easiest way to start a task is from the watch. The app is fantastic but no Apple Watch support is a deal breaker for me. Hope they add it. (No widgets is also an issue but not as much as no Apple Watch)

Great!

I had this for a day and upgraded to pro. It's exactly what I was looking for - super easy to use, supports manual adjustments, doesn't seem to drain too much battery when running in background. Easy to move your data from free to pro version - at least on an iphone. (Go under general -- backup and of you have pro installed, it will give you the option to backup to pro. Transfers all the settings and data in a snap.)

Really helps with time management

I love this app, it helps me see when I go over time in my activities and track how much time I’ve spent doing each over the past couple weeks. I even emailed about a new feature to see the percentage of total day, week, and month hours in the chats section and got a response immediately that it would be added to the potential features list. I hope to see that one day. All in all I love it. It’s not tracking my time for me, it’s a tool I need to be diligent about using. I think that’s a good thing to help build discipline. Anything worth doing isn't always easy!

Really Good

Simple and very easy to use. Even pondering on paying for the pro version since it's so nice. Nice job. Was looking for something like this a few months back but others felt clunky and did not fit my simple needs.
