Easy to use and to search for what you need. I use the app on my iPad/iPhone and sometimes it just kicks me out. Especially during special events/sales like Candy something (I forgot). But sometimes there are issues that I don’t understand. My wishlist got deleted and when my husband logged into his account all my items were there. Go figure. I’m curious if someone else had this issue. Overall I’m enjoying the app.

You may need a better IT team

I love Mytheresa in regards to their wide selections of items each season and fast shipping. I have to say this is the worst app I ever used. The platform looks like exploring a website, with a progress bar on the top. Then what’s the point to have it as an app? Exploring a website is far better experience to me. The app is not stable, crapped easily, often shows “403 forbidden”, etc. I rarely write reviews but really cannot bear this app. I keep it in my phone as I love Mytheresa otherwise I would delete it a thousand times. I really want to give a negative star here. PLEASE make your app better, no mater you do it from draft or hire a new IT team.

Very slow

I really like the things in Mytheresa but the app is very bad, need to be fixed asap. Its very slow, very hard to reach anything i have to get out the app and enter it again. If i click the thing twice, the app shows me a page i have to reload again. & about option of return you should put option for ( store credit return ) not only refund. I really like net a porter app & service, its very easy and fast not complicated at all. But i love your Collection its much better and bigger. I hope you fix the app very soon because so many time i have sent an emails about this problem but no one fix it yet.

Mytheresa app

You need improvements. Its slow and when you go back to the page it doesnt come up to where you left it so you have to scroll down and find your place. Filter selections are also annoying; you cant apply more than one filter at once before it refreshes. For example; if im looking for size 35 and 35.5 i need to wait to refresh so I can apply the second size. Overall an annoying app so I usually go to the safari website. Im a regular shopper and love the selections but app needs improvements. For reference check Netaporter its so easy and accessible.

I Love Mytheresa

Shopping with Mytheresa has been a great experience overall. Everything from the usability of the app, customer service, packaging, and delivery (DHL specifically) is smooth. I have purchased several items on multiple occasions and have yet to run into any issues. The prices for a lot of the items I've purchased are either the same, or lower, than prices found elsewhere, including manufacturer sites.

LOVE ❤️ My Theresa

Without question, My Theresa is the BEST shopping app! Everything is seamless from the shopping to the delivery. The browsing experience is lovely because the photography and descriptions are representative and accurate. My Theresa always seems to have my very difficult-to-find small sizes and the prices are competitive. Customer Service is very responsive and returns are so easy to complete. Refunds come in very quickly! I LOVE MY THERESA!!

Slow and clunky app / bad user experience! Time for an update!

I love my Theresa’s product offerings but the user experience on the app is really poor. Simple functions that should be basics for a brand such as My Theresa such as swiping to go back or automatic reload when you create a new filter simply aren’t there. This really makes for a bad experience shopping on the app and sadly although MyTheresa has the best in terms of both items, shipping and everything else, sometimes I’d rather shop elsewhere because of the better mobile experience. Could be better

I think My Theresa has a great selection of items.The app, however, has room for improvement. To start, it is very slow to load items. Also, it doesn’t let you preview the items without having to click on it and open the piece . This wastes time. Third, when you open an item and want to return to the product overview it resets all the items and you lose your place. Most importantly, when you are searching for something, the search bar doesn’t let you know that it’s searching. It’s invisible.

Unstable ,

Although I love My Theresa and I have been a loyal customers, I suffer every time I use their app. The app is unstable, blinking, re directing me to come later, freeze etc. I use to buy through My Theresa due to excellence services, shipping methods, quality and convinience. Unfortunately, I have been decreasing my shops due to the problems with the app. Some times took me 30 mins back and forward only in trying to choose or pay an item.
