Worst app of a Operator

Do you even know how to develop an application? I can’t even use feature. All I can is see loading screen while I can perfectly watched videos on fb with the internet. I regret using mytel. I just have blame myself choosing you over the rest.

Never Update App And Useless

I updated 1 week ago and it cannot show the balence and personal data please make app stable and simple dont greedy to make game and useless feature such as user hub and social bad app of telecom in myanmar

This organization is partly owned by General Min Aung Hlaing, a military dictator, is illegally detained the people of elected Government and taking control in bad conditions in Myanmar.By banning their products/services, they can’t get profits from the people of our country and we all people from Myanmar is no longer use their related business.

Not good

First of all thank for making such application. But your application is useless coz even i have updated to new version, i still can't check my package and balance of data and money. stuck and error at all time. I have seem a lot of user write about their problem, but depelover never reply and fix it. Will tell you guy, We are using your service and we have paid money for the Data, call and SMS. We all need velue for money. If not your user will change to other operators. Thanks!

Fix your stupid app

First of all, you did a good job in changing the interface of the app. It became a lot better. But the problem is that the app rarely works whether you’re on Wi-Fi or on mobile data. The app is just loading and nothing happens later. Pls fix it. Thanks.
