Can’t sign in

This app hasn’t worked since at least iOS 14.2.It just sits at a screen saying it’s signing me in, never actually signing me in.

Used to work but not anymore

Was a useful app until it broke. Can’t access anymore. Tried uninstalling and resetting the password and it doesn’t work.

Nice Detailed Usage Reports

The app works well, responds fast, and shows detailed usage information at 15-minute intervals (with the necessary meter installed on the house), which is handy when on the “Free Nights and Weekends” plan. Overall, happy with the app and with the company.

Stopped Working

Since iPome update to iOS 16, I am unable to log in to my account. The app freezes up at the log in page.

Can no longer access this app with iPad

This used to be a great app I used to track usage. Not sure what they did to it but now I can no longer access my account on my iPad. I’ve tried every solution they told me to try and it still just shuts down.

What’s going on?

I used to be able to log on and access my usage. Now I am constantly having issues getting on. I have to go to my laptop to get on, but that doesn’t give u the breakdown in numbers like the phone app used to. Need to update this app!

The app could be so much better than it is. Even if it just offered Apple Pay I’d use it.

Members can view usage and billing, manage payments, notify member service of account and service issues, and receive special messaging from Grayson-Collin Electric Cooperative. “About Us” text should describe the utility/telecom as well as features of the custom branded app. Consider including a brief description of your organization here.

Additional Features: Bill & Pay - Quickly view your current account balance and due date, manage recurring payments and modify payment methods.
