Login Fail
I cannot login. It just keeps taking me back to the same screen over and over again (accept the terms, then back to login), round and round I go. Looking at the other reviews, this is been a problem for quite a while, and nobody seems to know about it or read these reviews. And of course, you certainly cannot contact anyone in the government to tell them about the problem. They remain unreachable in their ivory towers.
Can’t get past login
As many other reviews will tell you, this app is still currently broken. You accept the terms and then it tries to login and then back to the terms page. Please fix this app!
Absolutely no functionality
Just installed it on iOS 17. It does nothing but freeze on the T&C page. If you hit “done,” it takes you back to the log in screen.
In-Op
This site rarely work, continuously does not launch page and when it does just closes on its own.

1st let me say I don’t think this is the app that I need I was looking for the app that tells you what stage your application is in. This one does not tell you anything, that your trying to find out with out call bothering the agents.
Shame on CBP for giving us this app
It just doesn’t let you login.(1) They released this app to AppStore without doing any quality check at all. How incompetent of an organization you have to be to do that?(2) They are making absolutely any effort to fix this. I see users reported this many months ago. They don’t seem to care. How inconsiderate can organization has be to their users to pay no attention to user feedback?(3) Mobile pass was a privately developed application that worked perfectly well two years ago. What does CBP do? They disallowed it and all private apps? How poor planner an organization has to be to disallow something that is working only to replace it with completely broken app?(4) They spent our (tax payers) money to build this. How wasteful an organization has to be to do that?
Cannot login
I click accept and it won’t do anything. Seems like a common issue several people are experiencing.

Just like all the other reviews. You can’t get past the login, it just loops repeatedly.

This app has been broken forever, it just keeps reverting to login, even though you logged in? Worthless
Login issues
I’m having the same issues as the other reviewer. Continued loop trying to login from the app to the website or however that works. I get good notifications, but can’t get to it-like seminars
