If the creation of this app was to help streamline setting up & submitting rides and reimbursements, then this app needs quite a bit of work. Every 3rd appointment the location services fails to pinpoint my exact location. I haven’t traveled with a transportation form a handful of times & OF COURSE this app can’t locate me, thus I can’t use the “easy & amazing feature” of submitting reimbursement via the app! So I am going to have to jump through hoops to get a formed printed & signed and emailed etc. Fix the location services and MAYBE this app will have a chance at being helpful.
When I first downloaded this app about 6ish months ago, it worked okay. It would almost always allow me to sign in with my facial recognition, but I just could never cancel any trips through the app because the button would just turn gray. I’ve, now, been trying to get it to let me log in any way I can since the beginning of October in order to create trips, and now I can’t even do that! I keep pressing the log in button and nothing changes. Between the issues MTM is having in my rural area just trying to find rides to my appointments, and now this, I don’t even really know what to do to help! I can report it all day, but someone who cares would need to read it, and it seems unlikely that most do…Very disappointed…
This app as also the website never work, after putting information for schedule ride they confirm and give the approval, then no one show up or call, the phone call also giving you hard time you confirm all info to talk with an agent and confirm info again. Not bad app design tho.
I’ve only been using for a few months now but it truly is very easy and super convenient. So glad to have this option when I need to schedule an appointment.
I've tried everything and no matter what every time I try and make an account it shows me in error that they can't register my account some thing about unauthorized access. Which makes no sense because all it asks for is your first and last name, your date of birth, and for you to create a password. You also give an email and I have tried all of my email addresses . So it doesn't make sense considering when I call them to book a trip board to do anything I give them the same information, usually more than that and they can pull up my account just fine so I'm very frustrated with the fact that I can't make an account on the app or on the member portal on their website it's ridiculous. Everything about MTM is extremely difficult and always an issue
This app definitely needs more work. I am not able to find all the providers and not able to find much using phone number place address etc. It’s a little glitchy as well and choppy.
I love the app. Despite not being notified that you may not have a driver which has only happened once the day of my appointment but other than that it’s incredible
So for about a month this was amazing! I go to a doc every day and hour away and use to turn in a mileage sheet via email every week and had one heck of a time getting paid the reimbursement…so then this ap allowed me to claim and be reimbursed DAILY! I’d have my gas money right back and able to have it for my next mornings appointment…, short life it lived…NOW everything works fine except the “I’m here” button I have to push when I get to my destination is NOT there. The link ap staff u call for help is NO help and are very rude, telling me “they already told me they can’t help me I need to just return to emailing in the paper logs for reimbursement” which I NEVER seemed to have any luck getting my reimbursement at all that way. So needless to say, big time disappointed
I can’t even create an account . I can call to book transportation yet this app refuses to let me make an account . Called tech support they could see my sons name verified my information yet even they couldn’t help me register my sons account. Now waiting on yet another tech support person to figure it out. I guess I’ll wait and see in the meantime I’ll say this, this app is absolutely useless! And the worst part, MTM could care less. I will say this though the folks I speak with are friendly and sadly it appears just as frustrated with this trashy system.
Very serious deficiency . There is no search function that will bring up all your upcoming scheduled rides (and additionally of value, your previous rides). Unless you have recorded them yourself separately, there is no way to recover those dates unless you personally scroll through each day on the calendar whereupon the appointment pops up on that particular day. VeryTedious search and a waste of time if you’ve forgotten that you scheduled a ride a month out
