So nice to have a resource like this and to have it at my disposal. This venture into Morse is very exciting, as my uncle was a railroad man and became quite proficient at coding. Perhaps, in time, I shall be able to add this as an additional ability. (So appreciative to have found this app.)

What?

This app doesn’t work. There is no sound and although the strobe feature is cool, it does not work for translating any text I type,only the preset text. When I try text to Morse, It immediately ends and I see my text at the top in mirror writing. THere do not seem to be any other features. I had to uninstall.

Very nice tool

Works very well, love listening in on shortwave Morse stations with it!The Alphabet screen does not work for me, any dashes hold out indefinitely, iPhone 6s / iPad Air

A bit with the Morse into Text

I have trouble using the audio mode because I can only get e. Also the numbers are not working. Also, what is the dash? Is it -, _, or =?

Really good.

It works really well, it has an easy interface(which you can customize, by the way) It has the option to speed up, slow down, and change the pitch of the Morse, and if you have memorized Morse, you have the option to flash it with your smartphones flashlight. I rated it four start instead of five because it doesn’t handle punctuation very well. Instead of a comma or something, it will show a frown emoji. I really don’t care, but it might be hard to understand if you are “morsing” something large.

Needs to have an offline mode

If this could be used offline, god forbid, if communications via internet went down everywhere, how could people communicate??

Decode with mic is mostly worthless for us.

We already know morse as a ham op. Thought it’d be a handy app to have running in the background sometimes but the decode misses many characters and produces a lot of gibberish. Even at slow speed. I could clearly hear stations calling cq and the display instead showed many e’s, t’s and the occasional word. Sometimes, many emojis. That after placing phone near speaker and setting proper levels. That part is touchy. I gave it two stars for possibly being useful as a learning tool. Decoder? Not so much. Sorry. More work needed but I will gladly give it another go and more stars if warranted. Cheers.
