Why are the mini games so hard

Something starting to tell me I write a review and come back weeks later ,n my review is still sitting in my box. I take it it doesn't go anywhere!!!!! I'm starting to feel this game isn't what it looks like!!! Ads are everywhere you go and you say upgrade hotels I did you didn't say curtains ones. But yet when I did it you only took curtains one. But not what the request says!!! So why aren't you answering people that you don't explain yourself better on your end?????? Dam people and you tell me how to speak not even . I pay you you don't pay me????So do you really get my message f this game finding me a better one! Like I said I pay you you don't pay me

Great but…

I’ve downloaded this game a few days ago and so far it’s very impressive to play. The graphics have come a long way if this is the same company that has done Roller Coaster Tycoon. It follows the same format. You earn money based on the rent you collect from each property. You collect cards that are used to upgrade houses and businesses. The one thing that is different from RCT is that there are these mini games you play with the utilities. This is where my complaint lies. They’re really cool games! However, I can’t complete them in a timely manner. And I don’t mean, “Oh shoot, I was soo close! Let me add on 10 gems to finish this”. I mean, I’m no where close to finishing it. So it’s frustrating to see the “wrench” on my screen all the time. They’re great games, just take the timers away from some of them.

No option to upgrade some cards!

I had fun when I first started playing, but now it’s just pointless. You can upgrade the cards up to 20, but it does not get you anymore in rent. What’s the point in upgrading? Even though you can do up to 20 you still get those cards from card packs. Why? I will pay some games on playing, but not to continuously getting cards that serve no purpose. For 3-4 months I’ve had missions to update 4 or 5 star buildings, but you can’t even get those buildings. Millions of dollars to upgrade when it doesn’t increase the rent? Really? It’s just monotonous. Needs to be some changes to this game or I’m done and moving on.Also the names of the buildings/properties are you telling me you couldn’t do any better? For example cottage #1,2,3 etc. You couldn’t take the time to make up different names for these places?

Monopoly Tycoon Review

I love MONOPOLY TYCOON! You can build your own city, all the properties ate the same, and they go in order (which makes sense). There’s houses, hotels, businesses, and decorations (to increase rent per hour/ improve business popularity). There’s also 3 cities too, which makes it take a while to beat. You start with Atlantic City, New Jersey, USA 🇺🇸 then Paris, France 🇫🇷 and then finally London, United Kingdom 🇬🇧 . There are also railroads too, and utilities. But there are a BUNCH of them. There is Water Works, Fire Station, Waste Management, Electric Company, Hospital, and Public Transportation. And they are all minigames! You can play them when there is a little wrench icon above it. There was one for the PC in the early 2000’s, but this one is much better. And there is missions where you have to do certain things to get a XP, card pack, and cash prize. Only problem is that it is hard to get the buildings that you need for missions. They come in the card packs. 85% of the time I just get upgrades, which is kind of annoying. But other than that, great game!

Pretty fun.. Got Old Fast

I actually love this game but found myself tired of playing really fast. The game offers many ways to get card packs. These cards can be used to purchase new buildings or upgrade existing ones. I found myself watching ad after ad trying to get as many card packs as I could. After a while, I noticed I was never getting any new homes or hotels. The cards are almost ALWAYS an upgrade. Then you get objectives to complete and they want you to build 5 new homes on a property. This goal is simply unachievable given the game never gives out new cards. The auctions can get pretty ridiculous: Why is the computer constantly raising the bet FAR above the retail price? I can “lose” an auction because the computer continued to outbid me.. then later go back in and pay under the retail price.

Upgrades

I enjoyed this game at first though I had a lot of challenges getting started. However I have been playing while and have all 3 cities open. Card packs give me only upgrades and the cost of the continual upgrades keep me stuck in trying to raise the money to clear them out of my inventory. I have missions that I can’t complete because I don’t get build cards. I have all properties in Atlantic but only about half or less of the spaces have buildings. I’m okay with having spaces to improve but I can’t build if I don’t get build cards. Game is starting to get boring and redundant.

March update ruined it.

Plain and simple, update made the game longer and offered no upgrades in return. 1. Mini game rewards were nerfed bad, 100k to 6.5k? 2. Why watch an add for 6.5k more? 3. I already bought it in the auction I shouldn’t need to do the mini game every 4 hours for it to work. (Compared to previously) 4. Auction prices are basically doubled. Bids went up from 10% to 20% of the cost, but still takes the same amount of bids to win. 5. Ad rewards for $ give less than half as before. 6. Cost of the best card pack increased from 400 to 500. 7. Free packs (and those earned from quests) give 3 instead of 5 cards. (Burns all new players of hundreds of other cards others received) 8. If you hit the max level you can still get the same card, but it doesn’t do anything. Can’t sell, trade, exchange, or even trash it. Just sits in your inventory telling you, you have upgrades available when you don’t. 9. Those phantom cards push properties to the front of the line so actual upgrades are hidden and you need to scroll to find them. No benefits from the update to improve the game or play experience except to quick simple mini games (that you won’t want to play because of the garbage rewards) These are just some of the things off the top of my head, probably more.

Could be better

The auction house is a little decent aside from the ai doubling the bid for no reason and making the count off so suspenseful to lose or end up spending all your money for one upgrade or property; especially considering the number of properties needed to get to move on from Atlantic. I dont know how long the devs. expect people to be playing this game but it makes it quite a drag repeatedly waiting for the auction house to reset when the game knows what i need. The fact that i have to spend at least 150k to increase my rent by 16k how does that make sense to any of the developers the ai are really ridiculous when it comes to the auctions.

Fun game… lot’s of bugs

I previously rated this game 4 out of 5 stars. I like all the mini games that allow you to earn more coins that help you reach the higher levels. Since I have reached level 34 it only gives you 10 diamonds and no cards for properties. This game crashes all the time. Watching adds doesn’t give you rewards. Many times it will crash in the middle of auctions or after watching ads you will get a black screen then the app shuts down for no reason. The developers are unresponsive. I have left many messages in the app. Improvements I would suggest; It would be nice if you could buy property packs such as a landscaping package with cash or diamonds, cafe pack, or hotel pack or house package. Now that I have reached level 40 It doesn’t look like you can go any higher. I am disappointed that this game doesn’t work better.
