Makes learning fun!

Hụt hẫng, thất vọng.

Mình lên kế hoạch học liên tục nhưng app lỗi , admin kêu mình cài đặt lại thì sau đó làm mất streak, không lưu lại ngày học của mình. Mình giải thích thì admin kêu là dev chỉ lưu lại lịch sử đến ngày trước đó, nói là mình không học đủ ngày nên gãy streak chứ không thừa nhận lỗi là do hệ thống. Mất công sức của mình là một chuyện, điều làm mình thất vọng là admin không có khả năng xử lý và nhìn nhận vấn đề lỗi hệ thống mà đổ cho người dùng.

App cute

Mình thích app vì có nhiều khóa học đa dạng chủ đề, mỗi ngày chỉ cần dành ra 10-15 phút học thôi thì 1000 từ vựng trong 1 tháng là điều hoàn toàn khả thi. Cảm ơn đội ngũ MochiMochi nhiều lắm <3

Ứng dụng hay nhưng muốn học phải có mạng. Mặc dù tải từ vựng về rồi nhưng vẫn phải cần mạng. Không hiểu lắm.Đang làm bài tập hay bị out ra ngoài màn hình kết quả

Nên cải thiện

Vào app thì app báo là cần kết nối mạng. Trong khi đó mạng nhà mình khỏe lắm. Đang xem YouTube mà. Mãi ko vào được. Kết nối nhân viên tư vấn ko nhận được hỗ trợ. 500k cho 1000 từ mới mà học có 1 năm. Mà trục trặc như vậy. Điểm trừ nữa là ko có tính năng nhắc nhở học như các app khác. Ví dụ app free Duolingo
