Eh could definitely be better

I have been playing this game religiously since downloading it last week. Addictive but also aggravating. When I get to a certain point it gives me an Ad Break then the screen goes black so I have to keep coming out and going back in to keep playing. Same thing with the movie in order to get extra diamonds. So now I have gotten up to level 60. I close the app, go back in and I’m back down to round 1.Help please.

Leaving the game for the second time!!

I enjoy playing this game but the adds are non stop. There’s a charge to avoid the adds but there are still adds. If you want to use any of the tools that help with the game they are worth an impossible amount of points. They offer points for free but you have to watch a lot of adds to get the amount of points you need to use the tools. It’s never ending adds and spending money. The game isn’t worth it. Especially when the game is in control of the number combinations it gives you.

It’s fun but…

The game is fun, I’ve been playing the same one for weeks and I’m in the 300s. But the cost I’ve put into this game (voluntarily) is absurd. The higher your level, the more moneys you should earn and the cost of the power ups should go down or stay the same. I make mistakes at times and there should be an undo button! Don’t get me wrong, the game is calming and pretty, and it’s a good brain challenge. I just want my points to matter somehow (over 2mil) and things to cost less gems as you go higher in levels.

Be careful with this game!!!! It’s a rip-off!!!

Three times I paid for additional diamond-coins and never received them. I got a message after each approved purchase that stated something like “There was an error. Please check your internet (or WiFi) connection.” So I tried again twice after that and got the same message. Apparently there’s nothing wrong with my connection because they got my money all from all three tries…but I never got what I paid for. Also, there was a link that popped up for me to pay $4.99 to stop the annoying ads. I paid for that…and the ads have yet to cease. Give me my $20 back…or give me what I paid for!!!

Good puzzle game!

I like this game quite a bit. It took me a bit to catch on, but I like how it gets you thinking a few moves ahead. There are multiple strategies, and I find it challenging to find new ways to level up. I play every day and find it relaxing.The thing that I find annoying is that I can choose to watch an ad to get more diamonds, but as soon as I do, and make one more match, more ads. That timing of ads is bad. The amount of ads is ok to me, (I understand it’s your funding) but please reconsider when an ad pops up. Also, please look at your color choices. The colors are helpful (and pleasing to the eye), but at one point, just about every hexagon was a slightly different shade of blue. I made mistakes, as I realize I match by color as much as number, which is fun and good for the brain.Thank you for a fun game, after a few months, I am still engaged!

Disappointed

Game is cool and I figured out how to level up. The game cash I’ve won isn’t able to be used, why I don’t know. I have accumulated almost 1million and I clicked on the monies and it states not available. You can’t use the monies you’ve won to the three options to help you win the game. Monies are located on the upper right corner, it has a crown. On the left hand side upper corner you have to watch videos to accumulate points to use on the three options to help you win the game. Not if you chose one option and don’t use the other two the value goes up, so you have to watch more videos to use all three options. And the price goes up on all three. This game is fun in the beginning, but as you play it’s time consuming due to videos. If you want to spend your money to pay, it would go faster, but then you’ll spend a lot of money. If you want to play free watch videos. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️

Conflicted

I love the game, usually lose track of time when I’m playing- love it. But there are a LOT of ads & you can’t get rid of them. Twice I’ve paid to have ads removed and neither time worked so Apple refunded my fee. Same with purchasing points. But today, I’ve got over 1 million points & my blocks are at #999 and and suddenly the board never clears. The blocks with infinity markers add up but spaces never clears or propels me forward so I don’t know if I’ve reached the end of the game? If so, some sort of message would be helpful rather than just going back to 1 & thinking I may have exited in error.

Fun game; no complaints

It’s rare that I have no complaints about a game. But this one has not only no glitches but also very rare ads. And there is no pressure to spend money. So little that I’m not even sure it’s possible! Sometimes games with few or no ads mean illegal data collection. How do you think that king game pays for all the ads? And of course we will never know. But a game with few ads may well just be less greedy and doesn’t need to make an obscenely huge profit. This is likely if it’s from for instance a Western European or Scandinavian country. I’ll assume the best here. But I’ll never download that king game!

Too many breaks

I love this game but I can’t stand the ads it seems every 2 minutes there’s a break I bought the no ad thing but I still get the ads it’s kind of hard to play a game like this when you have to stop Heck the ads are longer than I get to play Can’t you do something or at least give me my money back if I still getting ads ok and they were longer the ad stop was a total waste of money also I had to keep buying diamonds to keep the game going and I had just bought 5000 diamonds played for 10 minutes and I haven’t used I diamond and they were all gone I swear not one diamond well I was livid I closed the game and so I was paying my rent I notice all the money I had wasted playing your game needless to say I deleted the game and went to my text message app and asked if any of my circle of friends if any of them had played the game The next morning I had 14 text messages tell me to beware of the money put the game is I really believe you do something about Your Money Pit This is not normal and I am making a screen shot of mine and already have one of the ladies before me and send them to my friend whom is also my lawyer to look into because this is a total rip off And you should look into doing the right thing

Level up

I’m confused. How do I level up w/o having to use coins. Someone said when you merge 3 numbers that are 1 number below the level number It will jump you up to the next level? i.e level number is 9 do I connect 3 sevens to make an 8…how many 8’s do I need connected to bump up to the next level which would be level 10? I wish there was a video or something as it seems there are a number of ways to level up? Love the game but seems like I’m missing something. 😂
