Text size is small
The text size is directly zoomed from 5.5 inches' screen, which makes it difficult to read with iPhone SE. Besides, this app does not support Dynamic Type, and there's no option of changing text size in the app, all of which contributes to disappointing legibility.
Used to be better
This app used to be much better. Unfortunately now they require you to sign in and I can’t sign in without giving them a phone call. Is the year 2023 why should I have to give someone a phone call to be able to log into an app!? China technology is decades old and out of date. Must be made by the same people who made the horrible air china app
Too much irrelevant ads taking up space
The App is incredibly SLOW because of all the ads and animations that are unnecessary and irrelevant to most people using. Just WAYYY TOO MUCH stuff on your app that make it incredibly slow and doesn’t load when the internet is even just a little bit bad. Not at all good user experience..
low crap
This app is ABSOLUTELY a standard model of how a big company could do evil and damage to the society while making profits to the bank. It makes the person with a MEMBERSHIP (yes you have to buy the membership with money) pay a higher price(which they don’t realise if they’re not paying attention individually) than a new comer with no MEMBERSHIP.How do they do that?Well they won’t show the price differently (or even sometimes they do but as an individual you can only see the price on your screen.)They give the ones with no membership More Discounts so they pay less without a membership. It seems wise but it’s EVIL. and you have to a much higher price for the same things you bought three days ago because they know you are the type of person who wants those thing you bought previously!It’s a shame it’s a Chinese company. They won’t deliver anything to me during hard times of Covid and I have to use another app for delivery. Customer service was greatly delayed during these days. Here I delete this app and advice you to do the same and not download it if you haven’t.
Convenient
If you live in China this is extremely convenient , especially if you live in a big city. You can search by the item and it will show you what the closest stores are that have that item, and deliver it to you.
Too many authentication process
After login with phone number you will have to link with wechat…. It is not required before, it is ridiculous.
Tons of invasive Ads
Ads banner FREQUENTLY pop up to hijack the entire screen during you pressing buttons. Quite often than not the ads freezes the screen for a while because it tries to load up graphics that tells you about lottery and shts.The UI is terrible, you normally wouldn’t know where to click when getting around features, unless you have been sticking to a feature for a while.1 extra star on top of 1-star merely for being a popular app that cramp many features into 1.

Never been such an awful app!!!
After just 3 minutes’ riding hurrying off I was unable to lock back the bike and obliged to update the app which will cost tons of time otherwise nothing can be done in the app!!! How disgusting it is!!!🤢🤢🤢In fury I decided to remove the app and forget the bike thing!🤬🤬🤬I would never use Meituan servises again!!!
Ask you to enable notification every time you open it
Notifications are annoying and if you disable push notification, it will ask you to enable it every time you open it.
