Payment through Safaricom App
Really easy to use however, on iPhones the number separate so you have to rejoin them. It is hard to remove the spaces so I don鈥檛 know how to make it better. Please make some improvement here. Also can you avail the app minus Wi-fi
Viewing transactions (MPESA statements)
Have been a huge supporter of M-PESA App since I began using it. Since late August the app no longer allows you to view all of your M-PESA statements individually without downloading a statement for the entire month. I liked the fact that I could provide receipts to my company with ease while keeping my other unrelated transactions private. Not sure if this changed with the last 4-5 updates that have been pushed the last 6 weeks or so but it is a huge disappointment. It also takes days for the app to update so I can view me to view even my last transaction. personally it has changed my perception of how great the app is. Fix this please!!
Incomplete Mpesa statements
Mpesa app was working great until it came time for to access my Mpesa statements. the app returns statements with incomplete transactions for some users. It鈥檚 a known issue that鈥檚 been ongoing for months now and no solution or workaround has been made available for traveling /roaming users. It鈥檚 been a real pain trying to find a solution through their customer care team. they鈥檝e been unable to help.
Much better App than previous ones
All the information for transactions is much easier to access which makes my life easier.
Good customer service
Best app to send money home. From the comfort of your phone. Please tell Safari com and all the other tel companies not to complicate telephone services for customers who like to keep a local number while abroad. We add service monthly and we don鈥檛 use the phones. The lines are registered during SIM card registration why start asking people to register again. Tell them not to mess our M-PESA app service. Great doorway to the M-PESA ecosystem
This is a great app that not only lets you use M-Pesa in a very modern way it also allows you to explore the brands that incorporate M-Pesa and their shopping experience as well as other financial tools and products that utilize M-Pesa that you may not have known about.

This is the best application hands down . I鈥檝e been waiting for this app for the longest time , thank you safaricom for making our lives easier. It鈥檚 so well done well organized and easy to manage my finances
Very helpful but still room to improve
This app has made transactions with M-PESA very very fast and simple. I really like the feature where you get to see the names of business and people before entering any critical data. However, the app sometimes freezes and quits on its own, which is very worrying as it鈥檚 makes me feel like something is messing with my data. Secondly the balance does not update that instantly after a transaction. All in all, really great app, I鈥檒l continue using but you have to improve those issues.
Registering mpesa app while overseas
Safaricom has the best services and by far i have been a loyal client from very long time my issue is that its almost impossible to install mpesa app while overseas and use it .The reason its because you must you your sim card data before using wifi of which we understand it protects customers from froud. But with all this technology? There must be a way that this can be made possible .Help those of us that cant use this app while abroad . Regards.
