Buggy non responsive app

This app is a great idea in theory. Unfortunately, almost nothing in the app works. I am in a large city and only about profiles showed up over a period of a week plus. Once I received a like the red indicator popped up but won’t let me view the other profiles. Almost every other feature is non existent and if it exists (groups) no one posts. Pretty pointless in all respects. Developer should have at least released a semi working app or by this time improved it for basic functions.

Great app!

I love the Loosid app, been a member from very early on, and it’s been exciting to see it continue to grow. I had been looking for something like this for a long time and this is the first app to really do it right. I think it works great, looks fantastic and has great caring people on it. Couldn’t recommend more!

Love this app

I’ve been on the fence when it comes to sobriety. I’ve been looking to eliminate alcohol from my life all together and it’s a complete lifestyle change - I guess you could say I’m sober curious. After downloading this app, I realized there are a lot of fun things you can do. I hope this app continues to add more social events and experiences.

Loosid = Community

I have been using Loosid for almost a year now and I love the community I have found there. It’s a place to support others and get support. I have made life-long friends though the app. I highly suggest to anyone looking for an online community to support your sobriety, whatever you are getting sober from.

Sobriety comradeship

I seen this app come across my facebook feed and I had to check it out. I strongly encourage those that are new to recovery or are struggling to check out this app. It’s great for those who are sober, sober curious, or wanting the sober life. Daily encouragement and affirmations as well as difficult topics are discussed here. Many, many wise people that have been through the stuff offer great advice are right here on this app! I love it.

Absolutely need this app in my sobriety

This app is awesome! I’m 31 months into this sobriety journey. I’m an Alcoholic who needed as many spiritual tools as possible. This app has helped me share my experiences with getting, maintaining and developing relationships with sobriety. I’ve met some wonderful friends on this app. I love all the features from audio interviews to the sober spotlight! This app keeps me accountable each morning with a gratitude list, daily check in with moods and digital journaling. If you’re unsure what to do about getting sober check out this app. Ask questions in the app. Get real life experience with sobriety. Thank you Loosid team! And Loosid community! Love it!

Good concept but buggy

I constantly see the same people in the dating portion of this app. I say I’m not interested but see that person again somewhere down the swiping line again. Lots of non-responsive daters just like other dating apps as well. Also pretty sure I’m getting cat fished by a user. Reporting a user doesn’t allow you to explain why you are reporting them. That’s a pretty important field - not sure anything gets done about blocking users. I’ll hold on to it for a little longer to see if things improve and perhaps take advantage of the features outside the dating.

I love it!

With this app I have connection and support ANY time I need it. I have found like minded sober friends all over the country! There’s also a feature to find fun sober things to do in my area or online which is usually really challenging to find so that’s a game changer. Soo glad I found this!

Sober community

I tried out this app as an attempt to try to meet new people who are going through or went through recovery like me. Things worked out well. I was able to connect with a bunch of people with similar experiences and I didn’t feel so alone. The support was amazing and the community is growing.There seem to be some weird development bugs but it seems that Loosid is working through them and fixing them.

Love it!

All I was looking for was a sobriety tracking app. What I found is a great community of diverse people coming together to discuss sobriety. The diversity is tremendous, and to me is what makes it such a special community. Whether you are a teenager that is first realizing that alcohol/drugs is a problem, or a 12 stepper with 20 plus years of sobriety, I think you will enjoy and learn something from listening and conversing with the community. I joined a few months ago with a very narrow mind when it came to how to get sober. Thanks to Loosid, I have so many more tools in my toolbox.
