Love the app but lost ability to use many meditations

Hello!I have had this app for like three years I think and I use it almost every day but I cannot use/download/hear most of the options on the app. I bought the full package back then and the only ones that work are ones I downloaded a while back. Maybe the app needs a full update? Looks like it has been 2 years since there has been one? I just get very frustrated that there are so many titles when I search that look amazing, but I cannot access them. Thanks! Hopefully you guys can get it figured out or let me know if there is something I need to do on my end?Bailey

Amazing customer service

I have to write a review after I received amazing customer service when I ran into an issue with my subscription. I love this app, I have always had trouble meditating but this app has so many easy to use guided mediations and has really help my meditation journey in my program. Nothing but good reviews here!

None of these audios will load up or play at, what so ever.

I’ve went down each and every guided meditation all the way through to all the 12 step speakers and or readings of the big book and or NA book. Yet, I still am unable to get ANY of them to play. It’s unfortunate, because I could see them being really helpful and beneficial for me. However, I will be forced to delete this app in it’s entirety. Unless I can somehow manage to get these single audio clips to play. Which I highly doubt will just magically begin playing and functioning properly out of nowhere . Js

Huge part of my recovery!

I absolutely love the incredible library of speaker tapes in this app!! Also, I recently had a problem with audio not loading (it was a super simple fix - just needed to refresh the audio), so I emailed them and didn’t expect to hear back anytime soon. I heard back only a few hours later with three possible solutions for my problem. Awesome app and awesome customer service!!

Give it a try!

My sobriety journey is still very fresh, about a month. I downloaded this app along with other similar apps before I decided to become sober but initially I had no interest in checking it out. I was able to shift my focus to other areas of my life at first and rarely had intrusive thoughts about alcohol until a week ago. Attempting to change other habits in my life like shutting the tv off at a specific time each night etc, getting into bed earlier made me restless and uneasy. Thoughts about drinking filled my mind so I decided to open this app up and give it a try. I started with 2 of the 3ish minute guided meditations on there laying in bed and was so relieved that I could feel my nagging thoughts go away for the time being. Since then I play a guided meditation before bed to shift my focus back to what really matters in my life, being present and alive. Looking forward to the longer meditations on this app and AA recordings when I have great mental capacity. Taking this all one day at a time and this app is a great addition to it all!

BEST AA APP

This is hands down the best app for everything AAA. The readings and meditations are everything you need. The free meditations are all you need but it’s definitely worth buying the lifetime subscription. I use this app multiple times a day and it’s definitely helped me with my recovery.

Meditation music plays while listening to the big book reading

I think it’s awesome every time I listen to the big book over and over I can select a different medication music. It gives change to concentration but the reading and words stay the same. Maybe a couple of readers can be added. Tranquility reading.

Step 1

Realize that I am powerless over my qualifiers drinking. I can seek help and work the one step that I can. The ALANON family has been truly a guiding light out of the darkness. The kindness, understanding and encouragement that ALANON has given to me allows me to feel a part of a family. I am happy that I found ALANON and have a vehicle and maps app on my phone to get to meetings early. I am happy that there are meetings where I feel welcomed and loved for who I am. Pretty cool

There could be a lot more to it, but it’s basically the book etc. it’s great to have to read literature during a meeting or listen to in the car. The joe and Charlie tapes are lower quality recording, but I heard something about an update in the past month. It keeps track of my clean tube, has the daily devotion. Not really anything related to being that I’m aware of, but I have the chair meeting guide app for that. Summary: it’s a great addition to my recovery. Helpful tool. ❤️

Extremely relaxing

Two days of meditation I am extremely grateful for my sobriety. That my sobriety I would I found these apps to start my day to give me the piece. I need to continue to be grateful.I’ve started two daywith meditation using this app. It absolutely has been changing my mindset of how I start my day. Much more relaxed.
