Connection issues
I'm not sure if the developers look at these reviews but for my the app always says please connect or connection needed even though I'm conned and I have to always reboot my iphone. I have no idea why this is happening it was good from the earlier versions but as the app matured the connection issues began happening. Hopefully they don't drown out the app with tons of useless stuff also there's no way to clear the info when browsing to give just the video view without text. The app works only when it want to it seems.
Racism and random sound restrictions
Pretty racist platform. I had this app for a while now and I have see tons of mean comments towards other countries, especially Japan. I think it’s great that they love their own country but don’t talk bad stuff about others. There were also particular videos that contain stereotypes that were offensive and doesn’t make any sense. Also the app keeps placing sound restrictions on random videos and I didn’t get why. It gets me real annoyed when I want to hear a violin music video but there’s no sound coming out (it actually happened before). Is it a warning to the content maker or the video content? Some of the muted videos were cooking video or skit, so I don’t understand how these sound restrictions works.
Issues I have with Kwai platform
This application is a very useful and resourceful one in terms of video editing, photo editing and most importantly showcasing businesses and meeting new people but recently there have been changes on the platform that is really affecting everyone I believe. Private messages have failed to deliver for the past couple of days now and no notifications have been received for the reason why this is. I just hope this can be resolved as soon as possible! Thank you for your time.
Honest opinion
Hello am new to app and have uploaded few things it’s good but I just feel that their should be a live stream chat somewhere in like with Meipai, also am bummed out about inappropriate being slapped onto posts that are not at all ie no nudity or other material that this app seems to be inappropriate it’s weird and should be fixed so the posts can be viewed normally.I hope the devs take this seriously.
Bad Collaboration
This app personally is good but the bad part is that there is live streamers that want you to buy them something to let them show your face. And guess what? It’s scam. And this app doesn’t do anything about it. Also, everytime I open this app, they have a collaboration either with 拼多多 or 小红书. There is a ad that pops up every time I open this app and even when I Don’t click on the ad, it still takes me to another website that tracks your information. If they don’t fix this problem I will ask everyone to delete this app and let the future generation know about this.

Ok I relly love da app but marie how did u not know how to create an account? I don’t blame u but u don’t set your email address or phone number u just follow the instructions! After that it will tell u to do stuff then soon u can set your account name and create you will also have to choose an avatar pendant u can only use the 1st pendant hope that this comment helped u! 再见 it means bye!~sincerely a kuai shou user/星星7
Menu suddenly all in chinese
I love this app but this morning all the menu selections at the top and bottom of the page are suddenly all in Chinese when it was in English….is this a known problem?
can I have my account back?
I love this app so much, but it has frozen me and I became a TA, and I can’t like videos, and they ask me for my Id and I don’t know where or do I even have one because my mom takes care of all those, I am really sad that I can’t like videos anymore. :( I know that those people who did something wrong needs it but what about the peoples who theirs accounts frozen and don’t have their own Id like me
Fantastic app, yet...
I actually like this app a lot, and watching different social users. However, there’s only 2 things that I wish Kwai could change: (1) not limit the amount of users that can be followed daily and (2) allowing other users to have access to other user’s followings. Sometimes, other users share videos of another user and they don’t credit them which makes it difficult for those who actually wants to follow the real user. May the creators of Kwai consider this. Thank you for your time.
After all these they froze my account with no good reason!
I’ve had my account for at least 5 years plus. Today just opened up the app like usual to watch short videos, and I immediately found out my account got froze. They needs my verification with Chinese ID#. If y’all could’ve told me earlier when I created my account I wouldn’t have to spends all these years posting videos and other stuffs. Now that I can’t do anything with my account! Screw yall!
