Unhappy Update: Paying for Premium?

Hello guys. I am a photographer in Los Angeles. I’ve used your product for sometime now and I’ve been a fan of its capabilities. Today, I did the update and all of the mood boards that I created of the past year has been erased! That LITERALLY affects my business. Another thing is paying for premium. What exactly am I getting in the premium service that is above the quality of what I already received prior to this update? Are you charging me for simply choosing to use your product for long term? What’s going on guys, because frankly I’m not happy as a user and I’m very much thinking about deleting the app.

Terrible.

This app is not good. There’s only one option that lets you make a moodboard without premium. And it’s only in black and white. Disappointed.

More than four panels pls

I think this is a really good program and easy to use. But only having four panels on a moodboard is very limiting. That’s my only real complaint. If there was an option for six panels I would give five stars.

Moodboards Gone Wrong!

It’s honestly a tragedy to wake up one morning and see all your boards deleted. The names of my novels and all my characters were in there, it makes me feel like I’m some kind of idiot for not saving the boards to my photos I should have...but I thought they were safe and it was foolish for me to assume that. The app was honestly fine as it was, why change it? The fact they decided to update without warning and all of it deleted is what deeply upsets me. I have found another app to make my characters and I’m not going to make the same mistakes again.

Amazing app

I really enjoy this app. I love that I can be creative with it and just have fun. I’m able to create mood boards and layouts for my moods, thoughts, or characters I need for a story. My only issue is that I get only one template, and the rest I have to pay for if I want to use them. I think there should at least be two more options besides the first one, but other than that, I absolutely love this app and recommend it.

Pretty Good!

I've recently gotten into mood boarding from a friend and so far I've really enjoyed the app! 4 pictures was good to start out on but now I'm wanting to do more complex boards. Hopefully they can update it to make bigger boards in the future. I really like that it lets you search for images in-app so I just don't have to have pictures stored on my phone that I want to use and it makes it very easy. It was slightly confusing to use in the beginning but easy once you've figured it out. Overall it's pretty good but very simple.

If It Ain’t Broke Don’t Fix It.

Y’all knew creating an update that would wipe ALL of a user’s old content clean would be detrimental... yet did it anyways. The update was so not necessary, app was perfectly fine as it was. At least allot older users the opportunity to sync old boards that were saved. Tons of content gone, huge disappointment.

4 panels? Limiting.

I like the idea. I'd prefer to find images on google or tumblr and import those since the search doesn't produce many results. I would love to see a nine panel option. In any case, it keeps from having to deal with my laptop.

Love it! Just one thing..

Can you PLEASE add a feature to be able to click on the photo for larger viewing on the app? It’s like Pinterest without all the extra unnecessary fluff. I LOVE how simple it is. It’s just what I wanted. Would love that feature addition if possible 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
