Tech support is slow and unhelpful.

Contacted tech support two times. The first was to let them know that my daily challenge reward option isn’t working - it has never worked, even though there have been many days that I completed the challenge. I gave them a specific example even. After a wait I got back an extremely generic, unhelpful message, but they did say that they would look in to a certain challenge if I provided one (which I already had - they just didn’t want to do the work). So I wrote back repeating that on Sunday, May 9, I received 3 stars or 3 different levels, but not even one of them had registered. After a waiting period again, I received another extremely unhelpful message not addressing the fact that my challenge option isn’t working at all (not even one single day have I received my rewards, even though there have been multiple days I completed the challenge), and they basically called me a liar, saying I must not have completed any. They didn’t even give me my reward for May 9.

Fun game except....

This is a fun game. Really fun, and I like to play. It’s challenging and a visual delight! I’m not advanced to the levels some are..500+...Now I know the developers of apps like to make a little money for their efforts. Totally understandable and that’s fine by me. But when the player must watch the same ads over and over, well, it becomes too much. And you’d think that the developers would maybe throw the player a bone once in awhile especially when the player has stuck with the game watching a zillion ads which makes money for the developer. That gold you get? Maybe let the player buy a bonus piece with out having to use real money and watching an ad. Just sometimes. Or win a bonus piece after playing a level with all three stars or something...something. In the beginning I played several games before an ad appeared. And then got some bonus pieces, but as you play along, well, it’s that same couple of ads and watch an ad to get a bonus piece or buy it with money. Right now, money is in short supply for a lot of folks. This is a fun game. But I’m deleting it. Just too much with the ads. And as levels increase, you need sometimes those bonus pieces. Yeah, I could spend money on this game, but with two grown children with families out of work with this virus trouble, I cannot in good conscience do that.

It’s very good and hopefully stays that way.

It’s the least frustrating match 3 games I’ve played. I’ve played for 3 months now only bought the intro $2 coin pack, which I usually do for all half decent games. I haven’t really needed to buy anything at lvl 1,000. There is a 3x daily optional ad for coin+booster, then a daily ad free treasure box, a daily challenge for a treasure box, and if you loose a match then you can watch an ad for a free booster. I would say the difficulty is average compared to others. There are 2 slightly hard challenges: one is to beat 3 boards on the first attempt and the other is to beat 3 boards scoring 3 stars. I quit a different game that at high lvls all the boards would be impossible to beat without several boosters and it was cumulative so if you lost once you’d start all over. This game has no pressure like that, just watch an optional ad if you want or don’t. It may take a few attempts to beat a hard board but I don’t mind. My $2 was not wasted. If they had a $4-$9 monthly subscription for daily coins etc, I would pay for that too.

Rip off!

There are a lot of little bells and whistles that you pay for like most of these games however, this one is kind of sneaky because you pay for it like ‘the magic pass’ which is supposed to give you extra tools and that sort of thing periodically, but when you claim them only about 30% of them ever actually end up in your tools. If you complain about it all you get is some automated computerized FAQ system, asking your name and email address that then asks you to provide a screenshot of the receipt to prove that you actually bought these things! I for one am not going to spend another dime on this game. I’m playing at what I have and getting rid of it. If they can’t be bothered to at least take a look at the fact that there might be a glitch in their system without me having to spend hours looking for some receipt in my volume of email, then they’re not very interested in their customers.

Totally addicted to this game

I started playing this game a couple of months ago, and I love it. There is no timer, which is great, but you only get so many moves in each level. You only get enough moves for what seems like ALMOST all of your goal, but not to beat the level. I’m playing most levels at least 6 or 7 times before I can beat them. I’m on level 614 now, which seems impossible, but the previous “impossible” levels all turned out to be beatable if you strategize, and use special jewels/combinations. When I’m stuck on a level, I go back to playing previous levels that I only got one or two stars on, trying to three star them. After I’ve repeated a few previous levels, I can return to the more challenging “impossible” one with fresh eyes and most of the time I can conquer it. Some levels have to be played many many many times before you see the trick to beat it. But they are beatable, you just have to get creative, and strategic. Great job with this game!

Fun game

This is a great game. They give you a lot of ways to earn the coins and the levels are not so hard that you spend days trying to solve them. Everyone hates that and it’s refreshing to play a match 3 that isn’t like that. There are a lot of ads. But they allow you to get out of them right away. If you’re stuck on a level, they’ll let you watch a very brief ad for 3 more moves, then give you hints so you can pass the level. They give you coins and boosters every day, which is nice because sometimes you will have to buy 5 more moves on the hardest levels. They will also give you an option to watch a brief ad to start a hard level with a booster already on the table, if you’re having trouble passing the level. I highly recommend this game. It’s just a lot of fun.

Update to...It was perfect until it wasn’t

I’ve written an update to my angst after my original review- I loved this until smoke started being used as an obstacle around 262 and I couldn’t tolerate it by 264 and that’s when I said enough. I don’t know why the smoke irritated me so much but it really was a deal breaker. Until then, there were many that were fun because completing them required strategy. I think, for those who want to win the 1st time, a few hints/directions explaining the process would help but I thoroughly enjoyed playing several over and over to see the patterns forming until I could beat it. Maybe the smoke reminded me of being engulfed in cigarette smoke those many years before buildings became smoke free or maybe I should get help for my apparent smoke problem.Since writing the above, I started playing again because it’s relaxing and fun without having to spend a fortune and I missed it. My problem was wanting to pass levels without help and getting totally irritated around level 262. It’s a great game and gets more difficult as levels increase but I like and expect that. I now use the several options to win the levels that I find too frustrating to play for days to get past.

Nice game

I really like this game. It is better than Candy Crush. The secret here is to keep playing whatever level you are on until you pass it (watch the ads-- they give you extra moves to help you win) without using your boosters, keep saving up your boosters and your daily rewards (hammers and big wand) because you will need them for the higher levels. The hardest levels are the ones involving the dynamite sticks and I really think they should eliminate those dynamite sticks altogether because once you add a timing device to your game, you have gone from fun and relaxing to frustrating, annoying and giving up. The graphics and sound fx are high level gorgeous kudos to the developers on that but seriously think about eliminating the dynamite and any other timing obstacles from this game because its a serious deal breaker for many many people just looking for a game where you can apply strategy without pressure. PS I rate this 4 stars but the star rating doesn't seem to be working.

The things that you said you fixed or not fixed

This game is fun to play but you did not fix all the bugs and problems that you said you had I just downloaded this and in less than 24 hours I deleted it there was way too many advertisements every level there was a commercial advertisement and I had a way to that one the next step and if you try to push the button when you were done and go to a black blank screen when do nothing else you had to close the game out and restart it I did that about 10 times and I finally just said it’s not worth it so I gave it up and deleted it you definitely need to go back and fix the bugs because I read a lot ofThe reviews that you have listed on this website and I could see from the first one basically all the way to the last one most of them still complaining about the same things that I have said now I’ve played the original virtual game and I’ve been playing that for over eight years And the problems were so minimal that it’s worth still playing after eight years too bad the rest of your games did not work like the original one just my opinion but your site definitely needs more work

Very fun game

I Truly enjoy this game!! It is actually very addictive and can be played without using actual money to purchase anything yes you do have to put up with some commercials but it is not overbearing amount!! I don’t normally leave comments or even rate apps that often. but I felt this one is made very well and is extremely entertaining! I honestly enjoy it quite a bit!! And when they do offer in game purchases they are at reasonable Prices and give you a lot of free things as well so again you don’t need to make purchases to play this game! I got to level 40 fairly easily but entertained the entire time!i even put it on My tablet which is something I rarely!!And laugh we just downloaded another other games to see how it is!!. I hope this is one is this one. So good job developers!! you’ve done a great job with this one!! I look forward to playing some of your other games I hope they are made as well and or as fair when it comes to playing and price is this one!! I hope you all have a merry Christmas and a wonderful new year I hope that this rating and comment helps a lot of people get your game as I really think it is worth downloading!!
