Good but no explanation of scoring
I do enjoy playing the game but I don’t see any explanation of the scoring system. For example, the description indicates that the colorful jewels are better, and I see that they seem to knockout other jewels, but how EXACTLY are they better? It also appears that when on higher levels, the scoring amounts increase, but if so, by how much, and what does one need to do to level up?For me, this information would make the game so much more enjoyable.Finally, to the player annoyed by the commercials (as I am), I have found that quitting the app after a game and then immediately restarting it saves me a LOT of time.
Fun game until today
I’ve been doing the daily challenge puzzles each morning. I’ve found them a relaxing way to start my day. Until today. The puzzle for today has a flaw. The very first screen is impossible to advance from. It’s made up of several target tiles on the left side. Immediately to the right are a stack of stone tiles that cannot be moved. The only move able tiles are trapped therefore you can’t move on yo the next screen. OOPS! Frustrating!Update: I received a message asking me to update the app. All well and good but there’s no way to do a simple update so I tried reinstalling it.That resulted in having no daily challenges at all.Too bad I’ll be removing the app altogether. I really liked the daily challenges. Having to start a new game every day is like starting grade school every day. To the developers: if you have to ask for a 5 star rating, your app has a problem.
I’m deleting this game.
Very addictive, I love the new Events. I’m deleting it today because I was 26 levels into an event, things are getting tight, and I decide to take the ad to clear some blocks. I get another f’n “Save the king” ad that has no end: first it’s the influencer telling me about it, then its the countdown timer showing the game. Then it’s the mini-game where I get to try it (no X to get out yet!) then it’s a no-matter-what-I-touch-I’m taken to the App Store. There IS NO EXIT BACK TO MY REAL GAME. (Yes I searched for 5 mins for the subtle X) Oh, and on top of that—the most offensive thing: the ad plays sound out loud even though my silence button is on. It plays on top of the podcast, so I can’t hear that either. There’s no respect for the “no sound” switch in the game. F this S. I’m out.
Fun but
So actually I think this is a really solid and fun game. Simple not too many ads, relaxing, Doesn’t crash. Is actually a good game. My only critique as to why I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the mini game. You only “unlock” it after scoring 100,000. But u put that in quotations because you only unlock it once after 100,000 you get. So it’s not available for you to play after that. I was hoping it was permanently unlocked as I enjoyed the mini game and was disappointed that it was only a one time thing. The mini game should be available play permanently after you reason 100,000.
More ad time than game time
Like so many other games, after every board I’m forced to sit through an ad. They were 30-second ads (5 or 10 seconds might have been tolerable), but I’m not interested in wasting more time watching ads than trying to play the game. To the game company: You probably paid a considerable amount of money to get your ad in a different game (where the ads are optional and I receive a desirable game element in return for my time), so your cost of customer acquisition is likely pretty high. Does your ad revenue actually cover the cost of all the impressions required to acquire customers?If your model offered a game element — hints, bombs, whatever — in exchange for ad play, you’d probably see an increase in number of players and a sizable decrease in people downloading, playing for five minutes, and deleting.
Crashes every 10 seconds and NK way to contact support other than here
The app has been crashing every 10 seconds for me. It’ll crash all day for a few days and be fine for a few days, then crash again for a few days.It’s impossible to play this game regularly and there is NO support. You can copy your support ID in the app but you can’t report anything in app. In the App Store you can go to the developers website, which is just a link to a dead Facebook page no one uses. I even messaged them there and no one even looked at the message. Then you can report it to Apple, but even THAT isnt working because the flow has a bug in it that completely blocks the ability to report a quality issue. Might work on desktop but that’s not worth it. This is the only game I play and have played it for years, but it’s impossible to play with all the crashes
Fun at first, now infuriating
This was fun at first, I liked the concept. But now every time I play I just get mad. First of all, I hate hate hate the pop up for the Firestone block. It completely takes me out of the game. It’s very very annoying. What would be nice is if you watched an ad 1 time to get the Firestone and then you have it for the rest of that particular session. Secondly, this game probably has the single worst RNG I have ever seen in a game. There are times where I literally can’t do anything because my ENTIRE screen is filled up with the blocks that take up 3/4 spaces. I’ve noticed that that happens more often than not lately. It’s frustrating because no matter how well I’m playing, I get screwed by RNG and lose. I haven’t been able to beat my high score in weeks. You hear that folks? WEEKS. And I play this game every day. I saw another person mention that they’ll drop a block into place to complete a row and wouldn’t you know, it falls into the next row without completing the initial row it was dropped in. Completed rows should ALWAYS take priority. Thirdly, I think the freezing blocks is just too much. It feels like I’m being punished for playing well. There are times when the game recommends a move that takes care of that particular row, but because there was a frozen block there, I lose the game. All in all, I think I’m going to stop playing. It gets pretty boring and repetitive to see the same problems over and over again.
Please Stop the Ads
I really like this game. I could play for hours but the Ads prevent from doing so. It’s not that serious. Ads between each round. Ads on the bottom of the game. Ads if you get a special gold block. I would rather pay then deal with all these Ads. It’s overbearing. Give your customers the option. You’ll be surprised. At this point I’m searching for a similar game with no Ads, when I just prefer to play this one. Please think about it. I now have to amend my comment. I’m just going to delete the app. I just can’t take the 30 to 45 seconds ads anymore. And the developers clearly don’t care about our opinion because it seems they are not trying to fix the situation despite countless complaints about the same thing.
Fun game, but it’s crashing
I like this game. It’s a nice relaxing puzzle game with a pretty song and really cool atmosphere. It’s simple and fun to get into. I’m a huge fan of mobile games so I download a lot of free ones, which means that ads aren’t really a problem for me either.The one thing I can say that’s wrong with this game is it’s just been crashing constantly. I can’t even open it anymore….I was able to do it fine until just today, and now it isn’t letting me into the app at all.Please fix!
Great until recent crashes
Love this game except for a few minor issues. I enjoyed it enough to justify purchasing the remove ads, except there is no remove ads feature. Please look into this. Second, I would appreciate the ability to turn on/off the move assistance that shows the correct block to move after like 3 seconds.. I mean what is the point of having a puzzle game if it shows you the move every turn??Lastly the game has been crashing recently about 1 second after opening. I have a feeling this is my phone and will troubleshoot a little before I blame the game. Other than that, great game. Came to App Store looking for another like it, and there doesn’t seem to be one as good. Which led me here, to the reviews, to hope for an update. ThanksEDIT: thanks for the response, I will keep the game and update my rating because the crash has been fixed. I will gladly pay 0.99 for no ads, if that ever becomes an option. Thanks
