This is great , but...

I wish you guys would reduce the available drivers range a little bit because its really annoying when you literally see 20 drivers around you but someone would accept the ride from 2 miles away ..really wastes time

Good while it lasted

I enjoyed using Jeeny, respectful drivers good cars. But at the end of my usage the application started glitching. Giving me drivers far away and giving them wrong locations and often not showing me a correct live location. And a few days ago it said driver couldn’t reach me so they cancelled the order, I was on my way in another car when the driver calls me and says he arrived when the application said the trip is cancelled. Then he got irritated when I said I left in another car and rightfully so because the application didn’t tell him anything of the situation. Then it said I had payment even though I didn’t take a ride and that was the final straw. I deleted the app and went on my trip using a different and more reliable transportation application.

Worst customer care

If you are looking for available drivers and reasonable prices this is the app but be ready for worst customer service ever No phone number you can even reach for support Only emails which is neglected most of times Many drivers wasting your time after accepting your request even without inform you to cancel ride early and just letting you wait with all type of negligence to your calls and messages You could face dirty cars or bad hygiene for drivers even bad altitude

Issue with fake outstanding payments.

This app is literally making up outstanding payments. Yesterday I had no outstanding payments when I checked jeeny, today I woke up and suddenly had 6 RIYALS owed out of nowhere. And this reminds me of how about two months ago, I actually had to cancel a driver and pay the rest of the money to the next driver, and I did, but the app kept on glitching and kept on saying I didn’t pay it when I already did in MULTIPLE rides. I paid around 5-9 riyals extra in SO many rides because of this. There is no way to report this on the app.

Charging me without cause

Your drivers have canceled on me and I was charged a cancellation fee. I have emailed your team and still have not received any response from your team. Your company needs to stop stealing and return the money that was taken as it was not my fault the drivers suddenly canceled. Also many of your drivers do not wear masks putting customers at risk for COVID. And most cars come reeking of cigarettes and are utterly dirty so not only are you charging me without reason, now my laundry bill is high due to the horrible smell penetrating every single piece of clothing I was wearing.

Good prices but needs development

The app has good prices but needs a process for handling cancellation fees that doesn’t require me to keep calling customer service every time a driver cancels. Many times drivers cancel after arriving or cancel without arriving and I have to deal with the annoyance of waiting and re ordering a car + calling customer service to reverse the cancellation fees I was charged. The app’s GPS also needs work.

Worst app and customer service

A driver “accepted” me and “dropped me off” even though I still did not get into his car, basically he took 15 riyals from me even though he never took me, tried to call customer support several times but not a single response from them, I canceled the app and I am using rekab now, which I strongly recommend. يقبلك سواق ويقول أنه وصلك وانت ما ركبت سيارته اصلا ويسرق منك ١٥ ريال عالسريع، ليش؟ وخدمة العملاء ما يردون أبد رغم اني رسلت لهم أكثر من مرة، نصيحتي أستخدموا تطبيق ركاب وشكراً . صح والسواقين سيئين وما يقبلون شبكة .

Good, but needs to be able to fine tune GPS

I switched over from Careem recently. Jeeny has been good so far. But the main problem I’m having is the location settings. There needs to be a way to fine tune the GPS, because it keeps showing me at the wrong building whenever I’m home.

My experience

i forgot my phone with him and then after 3 min, I realized that im no holding my phone i called my number several times and its either he doesnt pick up or i get busy. so i called customer service, and he kept lying and denying for 50 min but then when i said ill go to the police he admitted of having the phone and brought it back after 15 min so it took over an hour to have my phone with the help of customer service... tbh I wont use the app again only because i felt customer service weren’t really helpful
