Buggy

1. Can’t upload files that are bigger than 1gb. Given that most video files are bigger than 1gb, what am I supposed to use this service for if it can’t handle 1gb of file? 2. I tried to upload 100 photos from my iPhone to a folder, but the first attempt to upload either didn’t work or didn’t show me any progress bar, so I tried again.3. Then I noticed that some of the photos got saved outside the designated folder.4. I tried to see uploaded files on my desktop, but nothing showed up even after 10 min.

E for Effort

This app is looking fantastic so far, and I am so excited to see where it goes. I purchased the 5 TB lifetime, and hope that I’ll get to use it all. When the photos section comes out, a face-Id/PIN lockable container would be… useful. Perhaps for the drive as well.I also want to add that for a file storage app, it is sorely lacking in methods of adding files. I’d love to be able to paste files in, or to select Internxt as an option in the share sheet and then navigate to the folder I need.

Excellent and Secure

I’ve been looking forward to an xCloud app for a while now and it’s finally out. Day 1 had a minor problem signing in but that’s all ironed out and working perfectly now. My only suggestion would be integrating it with iOS files like other cloud services, but I don’t know if that compromises the top notch security. Just a thought though. Otherwise, perfect cloud app. Amazing security. A+.

Good but could be great with some updates

The security is there for the files stored however the mobile app is lacking some very basic features such as Face ID/Touch ID when opening app Also unable to search throughout folders (just in current folder) I am excited that “photos” option is supposed to come soon to upload from camera roll so please make that a priority if possible**also a preview picture would be most helpful for uploaded photos/videos to know what is saved and not have to go through each one**

So much potential !!!

The desktop app and web browser site work wonderfully, obviously we’re all waiting for that big ‘Photos’ update but in terms of accessibility, functionality, and the overall look and feel, this is an amazing service. Unfortunately, all these strong points on desktop do not translate well into the iPad app. Firstly, orientation is locked to vertical (boo), it lacks the clean/premium aesthetic found in the desktop versions, and for me, accessing files felt very clunky for some reason (perhaps an update including smooth animations would fix this). They understandably don’t primarily focus their energy on the iPad version but it is something I would love to be improved as I do use it more-so than any other of my devices. I look forward to that day, but for now, I have to give it 3 stars…

Storage solution is good but UI needs improvement

The storage service is good and I recommend it to anyone looking for temporary storage. The UI needs improvement and the rename function doesn't work though. When you go to rename a file, the "save" button is beneath the keyboard so it's impossible to save your new file name, and if you hit Return it just reverts the filename back to what it was before. Gallery lacks thumbnails so this is more of a set-it-and-forget-it storage solution than an iCloud replacement.

can’t upload from camera roll

internxt desktop have major issues which I faced from last few months. Last two days, I have been trying to upload files from the ios app, but the videos(files) are not uploaded into the drive.They need to check everything before publish it.

Ouch!

I haven’t tried the desktop app, but the iOS app is just down right painful to use or navigate. Seems like it was a bit rushed. 90% of the features you claim to have are simply buggy to the point a serious person just won’t bother using. Has any of your developers, creating this app, successfully gone through the initial process of setting up the account on iOS and thought it was ready for release? A part of me seems to think otherwise. Nonetheless, I trust you guys will get the myriad of bugs fixed very soon. Because we need more services like this one, that aims to respect user’s privacy and security at its core. I look forward to using this service when it’s been polished. Don’t lose hope or your trajectory and keep up the hard work! :)

Needs Work!

Still needs a lot of work as I just don’t find it reliable. I uploaded some documents a few months back and all of them provide an error message now when I try to open. I decided to test it out again and just found it to be way to buggy on iOS. For example, I uploaded another pdf and created a folder. I attempted moved the file into the folder and it renamed the file with a “(1)” at the end like it was duplicated (it wasn’t). Then it provided an “error downloading file” error when I tried to view it, but 8 seconds later it finally popped up. I refreshed the screen and everything disappeared, refresh again, it shows up. Finally managed to move the file into a folder and it renamed it again adding “(1) (1)” to the end. Tried opening again, “error downloading file.”
