I couldn’t believe it wasn’t already built in to iOS. This app is exactly what I was looking for - now I can easily and quickly examine my certificates for my sites.
Adds a Safari extension to view ssl cert info from inside Safari. Very useful. Seems to work in Chrome also but didn't try that.
Does exactly what it says. Nothing less nothing more.
Does what I need and does it well. You pull up the secure certificate for a site, check all the relevant info just like you would in your desktop browser’s debug mode. Wish I would have found this sooner, great app/extension!
An extension is the perfect way to present certificate info, and this one does it well. Lots of detail available right from the share menu. A floating header to select from the entire certificate chain is an extra nice touch. My only tiny nit is that the design of the details table could be improved - some of the rows are not quite the standard height, and the SHA and MD5 fingerprints don’t wrap their contents like other hex rows do. This pales next to how useful the utility is, though. I’d pay for it if I could.
The app worked great for a while now the MITM icon is greyed out even though the switch is green indicating it is active. I emailed the developer and after a few days no reply seems they are not interested in responding to paid subscribers.
does what it needs to quickly and to the point. if you need info on certs this app does the job beautifully.
Easy to read and all you need.
I've been looking for a way to inspect certificates in safari for a while. I was considering writing an extension myself, but found this tool in my research.Works incredibly well. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a way to verify certificates in safari. The SSL page integration is super cool. 😎
I was just about to write this, but then hit upon the magic App Store search terms to find it. And for free!? So well integrated you wonder why Apple hasn't added this yet. Every web server or site admin should download this, especially if you rely on an iOS device when on call.
Inspect is an action extension ( works in both Safari and Chrome) that allows you to inspect and export websites' https certificate information. You can as well as copy or input https url manually in the main app to inspect it. Features: * View SSL certificates chain * View X509 certificate information * Export selected certificate * WOT rating integrations * Shortcut to scan in SSLLabs.com * Recently lookup histories * Possible MITM detections If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact [email protected]
