Decent game, bug on lvl 83

I’m amazed about the bug on 83 that I recreated six times. The beginning of the level, the alien ufo flies over and changes the pieces. After making the first move, none of the ice breaks, so the level gets stuck trying to reshuffle pieces that don’t exist. The pop up ads at the end of the levels are getting old. I have to spend an inordinate amount of time canceling these pop ups. More game play, less infuriating boxes.Update: I passed the level. You cannot use chocolate sprinkle type bomb because it doesn’t destroy the blocks, which means you won’t get any new pieces. Once I no longer got those chocolates, I was able to perform moves that led to my passing the level. Once past it, I found the next levels easier to pass.

Game review

I really enjoy playing this game. I use it to relax and decompress after a long day of caring for my mother who is developing Alzheimer's and has complications from a stroke. I'd like to give the game five stars but I can't due to some of the problems I'm having with the game. While playing the game throws you out especially when your close to defeating a level. You loose your momentum and your life. When you are close to defeating the level and you can push the button for 3 extra moves, it doesn't give it to you and you have to concede the lose so you can start over. There are a number of other little problems that away from the enjoyment of playing. Please fix these problem so I can continue to enjoy your game. Thank you in advance.

Freezes, fails and levels that are not beatable

You’d think that with all the extras you would be able to beat all levels. Nope. There is a level now that needs to remove 22 jumping guys but only 20 are in the level making it impossible. It’s somewhere like level 2348. This happens sometimes and the player is stuck. Cannot move on, cannot win, earn stars or rewards, etc. also, any bonuses that you use will also just go away. I have even started a level with bonuses and then the game crashes and you get kicked out. It resets but you lose whatever you had used on that level anyway. Beware!have to quit playing now. If I had a dollar for every time this game has frozen, kicked me out and/or crashed, I would be rich. It freezes during and after ads, in the middle of a level, an activity, or just trying to open a level. It’s painfully annoying. The game and mini games are fun, but the amount of ‘goodies’ and whatnot I have lost via crashing is frustrating.

Bugs but fun

This is mostly a fantastic upgrade to the previous editions of ice crush. The ability to get helpful items and extra play by watching ads is annoying but helpful and makes for an easier time getting through the levels. One thing that’s worse than watching the ads is having them disappear because the game bugs out and you just lose the level. That’s when I have to turn the game off for a while and walk away. This loves to happen right after you spend all your good plays to get through a tough level and you needed just a couple extra turns to make it through, which should happen but instead it bugs on you.

What happened?

Why are you not posting my reviews or getting back to me?Why has the game changed?? As of about 2 days ago, I don’t get extra spins for watching videos at the end of the game, I can’t watch 2 videos every hour to decrease the time on my adventure. I’ve played this game for years and I loved it, I don’t love it now with these things removed. Is it just a glitch? Also, I couldn’t find information in the app as to how to email you. I tried to email you but my email bounced back to me. Here is what I said: I have played this ice jewel match game for years and it is my favorite game. However, the past few months, the links to watch videos are not working properly. They might work for 1 day or a few hours, but then, stop working again. I’m overwhelmed

I’m on level 2438 I’ve been here for weeks I get all the hoppers then it says I have 2 more to get I can’t begin to know how many coins and gold bars that I’ve used it’s crazy I love this game but I’m thinking seriously about giving it up you really need to fix the problem I’m still stuck on this level how much longer is this going to take to fix for me I really love this game I have no idea how to beat this level why does it say there is 22 hoppers when there is only 20 please help so I move on I’ve been stuck on this level for over a month there is no way to beat it please check it out. I give up on this level it makes it says you have 22 hopper things but there is only 20 so it’s impossible to beat them I have lost so many coins and so many bars it’s ridiculous I’m done with this game I used to love it but enough is enough nobody’s doing anything about it I wish you would fix this problem

Not fun anymore

The games are unwinnable (not enough moves given) at the higher levels unless you have purchased a bunch of cheater tools, which I will not do. I thought the developers made a compromise by allowing you to watch videos to get more moves but they just randomly end and you have wasted your time. Also extremely buggy and prone to freezing/crashing. I am looking for a new game.Update: They had fixed the problems with the game crashing. They gradually added rewards and activities by which you could get tools to help advance through the levels. It became more enjoyable. But now, in the latest update they have made a point to decrease and/or eliminate rewards to force spending of money I suppose. Kind of a crappy non-reward for long time players in my opinion.

Frustrating

I stayed away from this game for about 6 months thinking you might get the bugs worked out. First time playing again, and I added two boosters to start out with, and before I even made a move the game shut down. I lost a life and two boosters that I had saved up. I don't know why I keep trying. I love the game, but for over a year now it has been a piece of crap. Y'all know it!!! I used to buy booster packs, but got ripped off more than once doing that. I lost about $20, and you gave me 100 bars. That no where near covered my loses. If you are not going to fix it why don't you take it down instead of ripping everyone off? Very frustrated.Stayed away again for a long time came back, and my review is still here not sent. Why don't y'all hire someone who is smart enough to fix this game.

VIP Card issue

Edit: Thank you. I followed the directions given here and was able to unsubscribe. I subscribed to the VIP Card mainly to get rid of the pop up ads. Maybe what l think are the pop up ads are not what you meant - all the ads on the daily spin, cash spin, extra moves at the end of the level l am trying to win, etc. l tried to unsubscribe to it after getting very frustrated about these ads still being there. In reading the directions on how to unsubscribe, it states to go to user’s account settings and turn off the auto renewal. The only things that l have in my settings is music, sound, logout of Facebook, and rate. I can also change my user name. Nowhere does it give me the option to turn this off. I really like the game but feel like it is not possible to turn the VIP card off. Either the option is someplace else and it is explained poorly or the option is not there. Either way, it needs to be fixed.
