Laptop Issue

To Whom This May Concern;I have a gmail account, yet was unable to upload the ARI Driver app on my laptop, which I was advised to do, especially the first time using ARI, hence the first time my miles are reported. I prefer submitting my monthly mileage using an iPhone, however, as I mentioned before, I was advised to first proceed through the steps using my laptop. Either way, I hope someone will advise me. Not sure how this is a finished product when so many features don't work

Given how everyone says that the iPhone apps are supposedly better that competitors I am finding this to be a farce. This app constantly has issues. I'm trying to find a preventative maintenance vendor and it won't find any based on location. Meanwhile 10 mins ago it worked fine. A quick phone restart and still nothing. Multiple coworkers have also complained of similar experiences with this app. When you need to get work done a working app is the first step...and this one does a poor job of being reliable enough to work.

App Doesn’t Work

I have to use this app to submit my monthly company car mileage. Half the time you can’t log in. It’s will say “something when wrong, try again.” Not reliable in any way.

This for real?

I have an iPhone 12. And this is the slowest app I have. I can’t get it open half the time, the other half I watch the circle go around and around until I give up. Thanks JnJ for switching to this amazing software...

Makes my life easier

Lots of great new features but my favorite is still the personal use reporting feature because it’s so easy and saves me time.

Ari is the worst

Spent over 7 hrs waiting to get a tow truck because ari wanted to get a service company out to look at my faulty brake lights. First company they called didn’t show after 3 hrs. The next took 2 hrs to come out and couldn’t fix it and finally they called the tow company I had originally asked them to. After telling them I needed a ride home the company they actually called didn’t even give me a ride to my house like it was supposed to. I ended up having to call an Uber to get me home. Idk why my company stays with these fools. Next time I’m just going to risk getting rear ended and fired from my job cause it would be less of a hassle than having to deal with this poor fleet management company.

Vendor list needs to be updated. Types of service.

The maintenance/vendor section needs to be fixed and updated. For example, when my vehicle needs to have a tire rotation, it says that I can go to Jiffy Lube. As we all know, Jiffy Lube does not change or rotate tires. It would be great to actually find out what miscellaneous services we are allowed via the app. For example, detailing service. I am allowed one detailing per calendar year. But you don’t know that until you call a customer service agent. After that, they give you a whole list of invalid vendor list. Once you find it actual vendor, that’s approved, the budget doesn’t cover the service. Such a mess. needs to be updated:- Approved vendor list- updated pricing - refining vendor services list that are appropriate with each maintenance milestone (ie: 30k, 40k, etc). - include vendors that are prepared to find problems anywhere on the vehicle rather than a quick lube facility. I don’t want to be stuck on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere because something was overlooked by a quick lube facility.

After wasting 1-hour of my time trying to get the mileage reporting completed on my laptop. I downloaded the mileage reporting App and spent only 15-20 minutes getting the report completed and submitted.

Customer Service

I was having an issue entering mileage data. When I went through chat my issue was not resolved, it required a more in depth call. When I explained my concerns the Rep knew exactly what to do and quickly resolved the issue and apologized for the confusion on their end.

Holman Driver insights

Companies terms of service are abhorrent. Basically one gives up most of your civil rights to your employer ,right to a jury trial, your fourth amendment rights. Right to sue unless you live in California where there are a few protections. Basically this fascistic app. was made a condition of employment for me so I had the choice to sign their terms of service or lose my job. Temporarily chose to sign. I would highly reevaluate any company that use this app it would make Kim Jong-un proud.
