Still crashing

My app is still crashing. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled twice and it’s still crashing. Can you please fix that?

Not sure why it says rewards

This app is basically for grocery pick up or shopping list. You get a small handful of coupons that you have to “clip” and there are no actual rewards for using the store.

Super Unoptimized

The app is way too slow and heats up my phone quite a bit. Loading times are atrocious. The battery was going down even while it was plugged in.

Worst grocery shopping ad ever!

I’ve attempted ( key word) to sign into this app for years with little to no success! So I use only as guest. Also stores could better training checkout personnel how to help use Coupon feature.

Harps System

Due to the multiple buy of stores the systems are taking time to transfer. If you are having troubles with the app, it’s possible the store hasn’t even set up with the app yet. Be patient with us! All these Harps stores won’t be perfect overnight!

Maybe In Time It Will Work

This app is just not ready for public use. Shopping lists disappear, coupons disappear after clipping, rewards never show up, etc. It does show the weekly ad, so that is good. The girls at my Harp’s are so nice and have tried to help me figure the app out and see if it will work, but it’s not in good shape yet.

Shopping

I’ve just downloaded this app but I must be stupid because I can’t find a way to shop on it, much less for pick up. I realize the app says Harps Rewards but the only other app in my store was Harps Rx. I’ve tried the help, but it was no help. Guess I will have to continue with Walmart and Kroger.

Confused

I’ve had grocery store apps from other stores that are easy to use but harps app is the most confusing of all.

If you’re more of a planner, doing this in advance has never been easier. Look for your favorite items and save them for future reference right in the app. Weekly ads and digital coupons are also available, enabling you to plan the best shopping trip ever!

Look up directions, store hours, and even the store number right on your home screen. Cutting coupons with scissors is so yesterday. Clip them digitally and keep track of it all in “My Wallet.” Access your Rewards right in the app and never lose track again. Your weekly ad is also now right at your fingertips. View it digitally, and build your shopping list right in the app before heading into the store. Your Harps Rewards ID card is also right in the app for you, making for an even easier checkout! Note: Harps App uses Location Services and continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
