NEVER review

This app is absolutely ridiculous! I couldn’t withdraw my winnings because they couldn’t verify it was me. So they needed me holding my ID and a bunch of other stuff. I sent it over and they said they’d get back to me within 24-48 hours. They didn’t get back to me FOR TWO WEEKS after I told them that I was over waiting and wanted at least my original investment back and would bring my business elsewhere. Weird how within minutes everything was good to go. I stupidly decided to give them one more try because I like that they had same game parley for hockey. Well I put in some money for one parlay game and there was an error. So I reached out and apparently they don’t have same game parleys for hockey. WEIRD AS THAT IS AN OPTION! So requested my money back and I can’t withdraw it for at least three days and I can try again. DONE with them.

Waste of time

I thought I would give it a shot for a promo. It ended up not paying out completely because the guy ended up tieing for first. So I said fine and took the money I did win and went to withdraw it. My account was suspended. I had to provide my bank statement and card. It was unlocked and I decided to try to withdraw again then delete the app and just part ways. Suspended again and now it’s escalated because no one knows why. Literally the worst app I have used. Use any other other betting app.

Can’t Link my Bank Account

This book is ridiculous I added my bank to my paypal and when I try to link my pay pal to the book it states “bank account already linked” basically not allowing me to link my bank account to the book. I’ve been tryin for two days now and only have had issues. Hopefully fan duel and draft kings win this law suit, need a better book.

When you make a bet please change the tracker to work correctly and be more clear of what’s going on, use a similar one to betmgm it makes it easier to see what’s going on with your bets !!!

Scam

They won’t give you your money. The support members will lie to your face about eligibility to scam you out of more money. They take every opportunity to lie to you and then give you nothing in return. I never received my money on withdrawal and they tried to blame it on the bank. How can I give negative stars

Unable to withdraw money

I can’t withdraw any of my money because the app is down for maintenance. My first withdrawal request was cancelled. I can’t submit a new withdrawal request because the app doesn’t work and there is no way to do it from a website, unlike other sportsbooks. Buyer beware.

I can’t get my money

I want to love this app, probably my favorite interface out of any of the sports books but none of the other books hold your money for THREE days after a deposit before you can make a withdrawal. Utterly ridiculous that I can’t access my money and I won’t use this app again until it’s rectified. FanDuel is still superior.

Inconvenient to withdrawal

The app is good and you get your money fast but every time I go to withdrawal I have to manually type in my bank account and routing number. It doesn’t save my info so I have to type it in every Single Time I go to withdraw. And they disabled copy and paste so I can’t even copy/paste my bank info. It is so inconvenient and frustrating that I won’t use the app anymore solely for that reason

SCAM!!

Not sure how they masked the reviews to say 4.4 stars all reviews are bad when youLook at it . I deposited money then it said I wasn’t in a eligible state so I immediately requested withdrawal and they denied my withdrawl !! Saying I need to send a picture of me holding my ID AND a bank statement . No chance I’m sending them all that for my own security. Gotta dispute through my bank now !!
