Fun and fair. Definitely worth the download.

An easy play with fun gameplay and dialogue. Reminds me a lot of swords and sandals from back in the day but slightly more fast paced with much better stats and item set ups and options. It was the dialogue just before the second arena got me to write this review haha. I really did make a face lol. If I had any criticisms, they’d be about a couple spelling errors (who really cares it doesn’t affect gameplay or enjoyment) and some of the buttons and text could be enlarged. Not hard to read, but could be a little larger. Overall, this is a great app with no pay to win features, fun gameplay, funny dialogue, awesome art, and a ton of things I could go on about. Download it now!

Would be 5 but..

Would be 5 but I ran into a game breaking glitch that isn’t allowing me to continue story mode on my account, thus preventing me to make any sort of progress in the game itself. K started doing survival arenas after beating the game once and now my story mode is completely gone. I only have the option to roam in arena 3 and 4, when I was only at arena 2. If this bug can get. fixed, then I’ll happily give the rating that I believe the fame deserves.

Decent and fun, but not as good as the first

Ok so I’ve beaten the first game. Spent countless hours on it. Recently learned there was a second one. I’ve currently done roughly 20 roaming matches in the capital (love the fact that now I can grind). I’ve also done about 4 matches in the capital arena. So, maybe I should hold off on the review until I’m at least half way through the game. But, the game prompted my review, so here we are. Imma review it before I forget. The game keeps a lot of the charm from the first one, love the continuation of the story. It feels more on the nose with the commentary. Morb breaks the fourth wall repeatedly, while I believe that’s in character for him, it’s done a bit much. That’s really all the gripes I have with the characters, it’s the controls I have an issue with. The buttons are so small for mobile. I feel like I’m pressing the x on a mobile game ad. That’s also the only complaint I have with the controls lol. Overall, it’s a fun game, that stays faith to the first game (so far, like I said, I’m in the beginning and there are a bunch of new classes). It just as a small UI with no feature to increase the UI size. Love the game though!

A F2P game that isn’t trying to squeeze you for every penny!

The game is very playable without any IAPs and the most expensive gem package for sale is only $11! That speaks volumes and this is the first time I’ve ever bought the most “expensive” gem pack in a game. A real breath of fresh air in a market full of Skinner box games with $99+ gem packages that try to get you addicted and soak you for as much as possible. Keep up the good work guys.

Has potential, but wastes it

I like a game with grind! But this game requires absolutely astronomical amounts of grinding to even make incremental progress. It’s not fun in the slightest to repeat the same battles against super weak enemies trying to level up or gain gold, only for your equipment to break and force you to waste all your gold repairing your stuff. The second boss alone just feels like a hurdle that’s extremely unfun to go up against. Even using items and blocking in time with his attacks he just one shots you toward the end anyway, so what’s the point?TLDR, Badly realised version of what could be a very fun game. I’d give it a pass if I was you.

Early Game Bug

I lost recipes and a combat skill. Using the items before those menu things are unlocked just nukes them I guess. I kept wandering for a while before doing the campaign and had amassed a small fortune of recipes and that skill. Fun game overall though. Simple, engaging, enjoyable. Would recommend.Edit: I’m dumb, found the skills and recipes.

Great fun!

This game is a ton of fun! It’s quick to pick-up/put-down, though putting it down is much harder to do ;)Simple controls, challenging combat, not terribly repetitive. I would love to see stack-crafting, so I can drag stacks of items into the crafting queue and come back for all after, rather than only being able to do 1 at a time, but it’s a minor inconvenience for such a fun game overall.

Decent game. Made some over corrections from the 1st IMHO

Lots of improvements from the 1st game, including:-Removed risk of death to heal up/rest-Single market system- Added forging, mixed opinion on this but mostly I think there needs to be a larger inventory and easier auto-fill recipes. -No more perma-death/forced restart. But some of the fixes are more problems IMHO:- all character share exp, level and inventory. - cannot re-fight defeated battles, even with new characters - the difficulty gap between the standard battles and the bosses is way too large- requires too much grinding of mini-encounters to make the coin needed to prep for a boss fight. Each defeat then requires even more grinding to get to where you were before. Honestly a decent game but I didn’t want to share exp and progress across characters. And the inventory is far too small for 3 to share.

Meh

Pretty shallow and repetitive. Just keep killing the same three enemies over and over and over and over and over and over until you get high enough to kill the boss. Then do the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over. You get useless crafting items after most fights but they are completely useless as you can just buy whatever you can make for fairly cheap. Any skills you unlock are also useless because unless you’re high enough level to kill the bosses, you can’t kill them anyhow. And the skills are completely un needed for any of the 9 levels before the boss as well as the countless “roam” battles you fight. Even the armor is useless as I don’t equip it until I fight the boss because it deteriorates when using. Kind of a decent idea game but I feel like it’s made for a three year old

THEY DID AND ITS DOPE AF honestly no flaws, like the new stat spread and plus the barbarian shaman and ranger are awesome. the ability to have more then one character at a time is amazing, the only thing is that online arena isnt out yet
