Runaway needs a bit of tweaking

I’m currently on the runaway case but every time I try to scan Ellie’s picture it doesn’t work. Even if I put the book on a flat surface and have good lighting it still won’t work. I hope you fix this cause I am really enjoying the book so far!

Fun but annoying

I love the book and app it is so fun but I do have one problem... I’ve completed the game before and I’m trying to play it again but for some reason now whenever I scan stuff it is not where it should be. Like when I scan the home page, the eye at the top is completely above the book itself and it is just on my table where I put the book and now the page where I scan things shows the book in black and white and I never had any of these problems the first time so if you could fix this it would be amazing but other than that it’s a great app/book and I have a great time doing this!

Having problems

Absolutely love the book, but since the Spring, I keep getting ‘access denied’messages at the conclusion of the painting muse mystery. I’ve reloaded every page, updated the ap & I’ve tried making contact w/ author, publisher w/ no help correcting the problem. Can u please let me know what I need to do to finish the book?

Weird

I love the book and the app. But the Ghost-o-Matic was normal till today. I try to scan the teeth but it says access denied and I’m already on the resolution. Then I looked at help and it had a bunch of letters that I couldn’t understand. Same thing happens with the other cases. I try the artist and the muse and when I scan the chart it says the same thing and when I press help, you know what happens.

Annoyed sooooooo much

I love the book but I can not get past the second training level I tried so many times but every time I try I get annoyed by it I don’t know if it’s because I am younger than 13 or this thing is just hating me gosh I am really annoyed I read every review I saw some had problems but I said to myself maybe I will not have that problem nope I had a problem please fix this and can you answer this

EPIC!!!!!!!!

I am surprised by how much work was put into this! The Ghoul looked very realistic, but not too realistic to believe. I’ve completed the Resolution twice. I am glad you fixed the problem with Runaway pt. 1. That was confusing. However... Am I supposed to be able to scan the printout of the letter from Helani Hekili after the Resolution? It says I can, but every time I try, it does nothing. The hints for it are all mumbo jumbo, so the game doesn’t help me scan the secret page either. Otherwise, great game + book!

A Great App

As someone obsessed with the paranormal, I have a million books about ghosts and ghouls and the undead in general. “The Ghostkeeper’s Journal & Field Guide” comes with its own app- this one! I downloaded it, began reading the book, and was surprised by just how much FUN I was having. I have not experienced any of the bugs, and so far, I’ve captured four ghosts with no problems. The puzzles are fun, the backstories are interesting, and both the book and the app are well-produced and interesting. I highly recommend this app to anyone who dreams of catching ghosts, or anyone who just likes a good mystery.

I’m So Frustrated With This

So basically, this is what happened:I’m here, with my S.P.R.U.N.G book, installing this app. I allow all the cameras and all that stuff, but when I try to scan the book, the screen just stays all black. The buttons all work but the scanning screen itself is always black no matter where I point it. I keep trying to scan stuff but NOTHING works. I have an iPad7, so it shouldn’t be having problems, but I’ve had it up to here with this app. If this doesn’t get fixed soon, I don’t know what I’ll do because I LOVE this series and I can’t solve the case files without this app!!! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!

Very nice app and book!

I downloaded this app and showed students at my Bookfair how to use it. It's really cool. Pages come to life through AR and games and secret messages appear. The app is meant to be used with the book. That means YOU NEED TO READ! A lot of reviewers are upset that you can't unlock everything immediately. I'm sorry, but you should slow down and read this book to get the most out of it.

Great app at the time, now seems to be broken

When I first got the book it was amazing using your phone to scan it with, but know I think something has happened to the app. A few weeks ago I reinstalled the app and something was wrong with the camera, everything was in black and white, the camera made everything thinner than it was supposed to be, and the things on the camera won’t align with the book pages. I really hope the developers fix this because it was a very fun app.
