Google Login Issue - Fixed

Edit: I’m revising my review after the developer responded via email and fixed the problem within a day. I enjoy the variety of shows and global content they offer. I would appreciate a better interface to skip forward and rewind. Original: I have tried to contact support via three different browsers but all have frozen after hitting submit. So I’m trying my luck here. I am getting the error “The operation couldn’t be completed. (NSURLErrorDo-main error -1)” when trying to login with my VIP account via Google on the app.

A waste of a download

I downloaded this app to watch the show Unforgotten Night because it said it was free on this app which is a lie. The first two episodes are free but you have to subscribe to watch the rest. I think it’s a good concept for an app but the fact that they basically lie to you about a show being free. There are better apps for you to use like Dailymotion and Viki and just so many other apps where you can watch the shows for free. I wouldn’t mind paying for shows but the fact that they lie about them being free is just so annoying. I would suggest actually making shows free and then having a premium section and have the whole show actually free.

Update

I love this app but for weeks I have not been able to use it because I was told that is not compatible with iOS 16 now so it would be nice that if the developer could keep up with the phone transfers and updates so we could use it. The only response I got was to reach out to Apple to get a refund on the app because they don’t know when they can get it updated. Does anybody have an idea other than that this app is great I love watching the programs.

Tons of content, tons of issues

I’ve been a VIP member with this app for a while and I’ve come across a host of issues. One of them being my subtitles. They are either in the far right of my screen so I can’t see them or they’re too big for my screen and get cut off. I’m about to cancel my subscription due to this. I’m paying for an app with shows I can’t understand. 😔 and it’s a shame because when I first got the app it worked great. I’ve tried deleting it and redownloading it, I made sure the upgraded version was on there as well, I also tried to cast it to my tv which it showed up great but no subtitles at all would even show up. I hate to see this one go but I’m not spending any more money on it

No jump back/jump forward buttons in the Year of Our Lord 2022? What is going on??

I can’t be the only one who is utterly baffled and annoyed that any video app in this day and age would not have the ability to jump forward and back. Makes zero sense and is sooooooo irritating! I honestly just want to understand why? This can’t be expensive or difficult to add. GagaOOLala, I have several BL fan friends who agree with me on this: we try to find stuff on other platforms and only watch here as a last resort because this is so obnoxious. Please fix it!

Great app but it really needs certain controls

This app has a wide variety of BL that would take me multiple platforms to stream all under one app. I love the interface and selections BUT I cannot stand that there is no fast forward or rewind button on the videos. It’s so annoying when I am watching a subbed show and missed a line and have to pray it won’t take me an additional minute or two to get back to the scene I was just on. Besides this it’s a good app and not too much subscription wise. It’d be 5 stars if there were playback controls

Decent app

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks, and I even subscribed. It’s been going well so far, but I have some “issues”, if you will. Is there going to be an option in the future to cast to Devices like Chromecast? I know AirPlay is an option, but it’s only wanting to link to my speakers in my living room. Also, I don’t like how it doesn’t save where you are at. For instance, I could stop for some reason in the middle of an episode, but if I try to go back, it doesn’t pick up where I left off, it would start the episode over or it wouldn’t register that the episode has been completed or started or anything like that. I think those would really enhance the user experience. Otherwise, the quality is good and subtitle are great and not for a terrible price either!

Good but Needs Improvement

Overall this app is pretty good, but there is some definite room for improvement. The variety of content and the English subbing is great, but in terms of technical maintenance, it could be better. The biggest issue I have is that you can’t skip backwards or forwards on videos easily. If you want to rewatch a particular scene, you have to manually use the tracking bar and just guess where it is. I’d also like to see this app available on more devices like SmartTvs or gaming consoles so that I can watch it on a bigger screen. It isn’t available in my region, if at all. My tablet works fine, but a lot of streaming apps make it easier to watch on multiple platforms.

Buggy app and high subscription cost

I downloaded this app after watching a preview for a movie that apparently is exclusive to the app. Unfortunately I won’t be watching the movie after all. The trailer has no audio and I don’t know if the movie will because I won’t pay to watch something that I might not be able to hear. I checked other trailers and shows on the app - some have audio and some do not so I know it is not an issue with my device. Another unfortunate thing about this app is that most content is locked behind a paywall, which would be fine if the cost wasn’t so high for what you get. The subscription cost is several dollars more per month than other, similar apps. Also, their claim that this is the only app to watch LGBTQ films and shows out of Asia is a blatant lie...Viki Rakuten, Line TV, even iQiyi...all have LGBTQ content from Asia. And those are just the ones that I have subscriptions to. I’ll be skipping the movie that I wanted this for and uninstalling the app.

This app is so bad. But the selection of dramas are great.

This app is so bad. But the selection of dramas are great. Every time I watch something, it does not save in continue watching for most dramas. In the times where I have to stop watching a drama and I turn off my device and comeback it doesn’t save the time stamp. On top of that I really wish there was a skip 10 button. I feel it’s very necessary especially for those boring scenes. It would nice if people could put their review of a drama on this app to see which other recommend. Because of these issues I feel discouraged to use this app.
