My FX Radar I need help

I’ve had the FX radar about 6 months when I first purchased it I had no problems at all. I used it yesterday and the thing made me so mad, it wouldn’t give me any readings shot after shot nothing

Need Improvements

Have connection issues from time to time. Also misses shots at times. Haven’t figured out how delete a profile yet. Hate the mounting bracket...rubber bands?...really?! Missing stats that other apps offer. Needs work!

Can’t add title to shot strings

It used to be a decent app. Now the app no longer allows me to label my profiles. It only allows me to add a new profile with a fixed title, which is the current date. Why can’t I label the title how I want? Now I have no idea what’s what since I can’t label anything anymore

Not worth it, feel cheated

Paying over $200 for a little plastic unit that runs on AAA batteries and doesn’t even come with the necessary rubber band... really? For that price it should come with a modern rechargeable battery and if not a suitable clamp, at least a life supply of rubber bands. Unfortunately, this seems to be the new trend with all electronic stuff for shooters

Needs improvement

The radar machine seems to work well. However, the app is very poor and besides the annoying connection format, to profile different guns have issues also.

I want to like this app!

I just downloaded iPhone app on Jan 22, apparently after a UI redesign. Can’t delete a profile, also trying to figure out how to edit a profile as the edit icon letting you rename the profile is not there. Hoping for an update soon and an accurate iPhone guide with accurate instructions (or a video).

iOS Incompatibility

This app (v1.5.45) is incompatible with iOS 14.6 and 14.7. It works well with earlier versions. FX support reports no compatibility updates are planned at this time.

Bugs and annoyances

No way to save preferences of not registering (users have to click through annoying dialogs to get to the main panels).App doesn't communicate with device properly; battery status on chrono will read 0% when this occurs (often).Clear list stopped working.Needs work!

FX CHRONY

Works perfect from day one, not, never , nada ever an issue/ had shoot thru design before, light sensitive, wanted to throw it in burn barrel.

Works great

Never had an issue. Has worked nearly flawlessly from the start. It might miss a shot or give a false reading 1 out of every 500 shots. Being able to rename profiles and a better mounting system would get it to 5 stars.
