Terrible

This new app is awful! The old app was very user friendly. Bring back the old app. It’s hard to go through the weekly ad on this new app. On the old app I loved that I could easily make my shopping list and while at the store tap an item when I put it in my cart and have it disappear from my list.I can’t do that now. Which means my shopping list is harder to work with. I’ve gone back to writing my shopping list on paper. If I clip a coupon it doesn’t come off at the register. Dump this app and bring back the old app.

Love the store. The app? Not so much.

This app is incredibly cumbersome to use. There used to be a search function so it was easier to find items when preparing to shop. Not any more! No search in a store app? Definitely a design flaw. Also difficult to navigate within the categories due to the segmentation of items. Without a search again quite cumbersome. Only reason I didn’t give the app 1 star for lack of search capability is because I really love this store. They have the best produce and a wide variety of produce that is difficult to find anywhere else. So that is why they get 3 stars. But honestly? Shop the store and don’t try using this app unless you are incredibly patient.

Scan your face when you register your account

I don’t like this app scan my face during my account registry! After done, I finally recognized it scanned my face and regretted to do so!!! There’s no need for my face! I delete everything for the app but I believe my face data all was save in their server.Also this app doesn’t have anything to do with the saving your money! Because you pay the same if you have the app or you don’t have the app (clipped digital coupon or not)! Not like Kroger, you have to clipped the digital coupon to redeem it during checkout!

No longer user friendly

This new app is a major step down from the last one. Fresh Thyme should probably reconsider whoever they hired to launch this new software. If their intent was to save money, they’ve traded performance. The app consistently freezes and gives error messages. I’ve had to change my password multiple times because it keeps locking me out—despite the fact I know I’m using the correct password. Slow to load, lots of bugs. Please bring back the old app so I can continue shopping at your store! Will not return until App is fixed.

Made me stop shopping at Fresh Thyme

I used to love Fresh Thyme. I looked forward to receiving the weekly special emails updates, and using the app to create my shopping list. I shopped at Fresh Thyme pretty much weekly. Then the new app came out. It is no longer easy to add items to my list, and you can’t even see the specials for the next week until Wednesday, where preciously they were available to view and add on Tuesday evening. I have stopped shopping at Fresh Thyme, because I simply don’t have the time to spend that this new app requires. If the old app ever comes back, I’ll again be a Fresh Thyme customer, but until then, Kroger is my go-to.

You need better technical support

I tried to just “Log In” to my rewards program and it said that I was not connected to the internet, really? So I tried to start a new program and it said, already a member? Log in, so I tried to log in again then said having trouble connecting to the internet, again, really? Then I tried to get a new account then it said download the “new app”. I feel this really bad for your business and when u try to order vitamins or supplements it does NOT allow u to read the ingredients or information in the back label, this is so very bad. I left a written message and no one write me back, so unprofessional and I am disappointed

Search and weekly ad functions don’t work

The search function hasn’t worked FOREVER! Unacceptable and annoying. Also, this app used to have a feature where you could choose between seeing the ad either in list or full-page form. It would be nice to have the full-page option back for when we don’t want to scroll thru pages and pages of lists and just want to look thru the actual ad. Again, FIX THE SEARCH ALREADY!!!

If it ain’t broke...

The previous version of the Fresh Thyme app used to be one of my favorite grocery store apps because it was very user friendly and intuitive. The current “new revamped” version, not so much. This is the first app I’ve ever went from loving to hating. If I forget to scan my rewards, there’s no option to add my receipt later. The weekly ad display automatically opens as grid view and it’s clearly not accurate or it’s too accurate (if dips are on sale, it will list every dip flavor, really?) The only plus for this version I can think of is it calculates the price of the items added to your list, whereas I don’t remember that function with the previous version. It’s still not clear what they were trying to accomplish with the revamped app, but hopefully they’ll keep trying.

Miss the old app

I hate the updates. Increases my use time by at least double if not 3 times because it is so many extra steps and not intuitive at all. Please bring the old version back or make this one more user friendly with things like one list for the ad instead clicking through a million pages then scrolling also and removing items from your list without having to click to open each item. I go to the actual store less because I save time by using apps to check the sales and when the app adds time I don’t bother with that store. Also can’t see the new ad for double as Wednesday’s like you used to.

Not User Friendly

I downloaded this app hoping to scout out deals and use some coupons. Although the weekly sale items can come up in a grid with pictures, there are not pictures for a lot of items, nor are the descriptions clear. Also, in the case of a wine that was on sale, it only showed up as “Rose.” Luckily, I could make out the tiny label in the picture and recognize the wine as Kim Crawford, but there was zero indication of that in the item description. Another wine is listed as Bourbon Barrel Cabernet, but there’s no picture, and it’s unclear if the winery is Bourbon Barrel. Also, annoyingly, when you “clip” the digital coupon it doesn’t transfer to a list. I had to sort through the coupons again to see which ones I’d selected. I like Fresh Thyme, so I hope the app is improved upon.
