The App Isn’t Working Anymore

hello FoxFM! i have been using FoxFM for more than 2yrs, the app was working fine with me, but now it’s not.i don’t know if it’s because of my device, my device is an iPhone 6, iOS 12.5. like i said.. i don’t know if it’s because of my device. but i hope you take a look at my review and fix this problem.Thank you for making this app, it’s one of my favorite apps.

Please fix the bugs.

I’ve been using the app for 3 years and its been the best app. But there are some bugs that need to be fixed please. I just renamed a folder and lost 99+ songs because the folder just disappeared??!! Please help if there’s a way to get my folder back. And another bug is when I search up a music video and download it and then i want to search for another video but i cant. I just exit the app spontaneously when trying to search for a second video. And this bug has been there for years. Please I want my songs back.

Seems to be great tool but way too many ads.

I just started using Fox FM for about 2 days now and it's seems to be very interesting. It has what I needed and was looking for. However, the very first thing I realised is the amount of POPUP ADS I receive on the app when doing almost anything. I mean, I can't click a button without having to deal with one ad or the other. I understand that while using the free version of some apps, ads are delivered but quite frankly, not to this noticeable extent. This actually has a serious effect on the User Experience. Please developers of this great app - Fox FM, kindly review the advertisement models, reduce the amount of ads so as to improve the USER EXPERIENCE of your app to your users and potential subscribers. Thank you!

My app crashes help

whenever i go to sources and press camera to download something from my camera roll the app freezes its not related to my storage or phone since its new and its relatively empty however whenever i try to make a video an audio it will straight up freeze whenever i press camera in sources. ;-; i deleted and downloaded the app it nearly worked but then it proceeded to freeze again i mean the app works but :/ i want it to work w my camera roll too

Unsatisfiedly satisfied.....

The app works just fine besides the ads which pop up so frequently and it’s really annoying and yeah it would be amazing if we could multiselect the files while sharing Till now it’s only possible to share one file at a time and it’s really time consuming....I hope this feature gets included in future updates....

Awesome app but…

So this app is awesome i have been using it for many years and no bugs but now these days when i listen to music in all media for example lets say i listened to the first song than it randomly skipped to like the third or fourth or even fifth song this is a problem that needs to be patched up but otherwise its a great app oh and by the way when i downloaded it on my tablet it didnt let me download something from the browser i dont know why but its ok i guess maybe they patched it up i dont know but i love this app its my go to offline video app 😉😉

The app is simple when you get used to it, doesn’t shove their premium down your throat via popups like most others do, no popup ads (or ads in general), and all without premium. Premium is a scam, but not in the way you think. The free version already offers no ads, fast and easy connection, reliability, and you can transfer any MP3 you’d like to listen to offline, and any MP4. Premium offers no ads (which you already have), extra features (which it doesn’t say what), and unlimited cloud storage for their servers (which isn’t included). When you already have access almost to everything, this is basically a donation.For the devs, thanks for making everything free, i’ll probably buy the subscription anyways, and foxes happen to be my favorite animal which is how the app got my attention to begin with

The only actual problem with the app is difficulty downloading from Dropbox and struggle downloading folders.For anyone having trouble, you need to make a folder in Dropbox, then make a folder through FoxFM, then search for the folder in FoxFM after transferring to that Dropbox folder, then download the file.

I spotted a bug

I love this app and ive been using it for 2 years but the only problem is i downloaded so many songs on it and now it has some bugs, i cant open the app , when i open it it just kicks me out in 3 seconds and i cant delete the app because all of my songs will get deleted and i tried everything i tried offloading it and downloading again it didnt work and i restarted my phone still didnt work so please fix this bug because i truly dont wanna lose my playlists thank you
